Everything with Aire One West (AOW) was a quality job right from the start. I haven't had to buy a new furnace before so took time to look for a quality company and I could not be more impressed with AOW. I decided it was time to replace the very old 30+ year old reliable furnace when the blower finally died. I researched brands and called several companies. Tyler at AOW was the first one to call me back within 1.5 hours and came first thing the next morning to provide a very competitive quote on the spot for a new Carrier furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and air purifier. The other companies I called, couldn't send anyone out, or staff were delayed and took several days to do the same. Tyler's professionalism was one of the first things I noticed with AOW. He explained everything, answered all my questions, did not try to oversell. When I called the next day with a couple of questions, he answered my call right away and made sure all my questions were answered. Once the decision was made to go with AOW, Patrick called to setup the install within a day and Perry and Fred were there right on time at 7 am in the morning to start the install. They were well organized, tidy with shoe covers and floor covers, took care of all the installation modifications from old to new furnace/air conditioner (including removal). They are very polite and made sure everything was spotless 4.5 hours later when they were done. Perry then gave me an overview of my new HVAC system and helped me setup of the Ecobee thermostat. I have been told an experienced installer makes all the difference on furnace performance, and it was very obvious that Perry and Fred are true professionals that really know HVAC and the Carrier brand. I could not be happier with my new Carrier HVAC system and would highly recommend Aire One West (Tyler, Perry and Fred) to anyone looking to replace their system.

My furnace blower went out and we decided to replace the old furnace. A hot time of year but the blower was required to circulate the cold air. Aire One was able to send someone out the next day. Abbas, the installer was professional, friendly, willing and able to answer questions, efficient and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. The old air conditioner also needed replacement and we were able to have Abbas come out again on a Sunday. Very thankful that he was willing to do this and very happy with the service we received.

The quote process was quick and clear . Workers showed up on time and did a great job. Cleaned up and did a concise review of the features of product . Very smooth and came as advertised.

Abbas and the crew did a great job installing a new furnace, I would definitely recommend them and I got their name from someone who also had great service. They got out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Grant came right away and the team got my furnace completely installed the next day thankfully.

Aire One Heating and Cooling installers Perry and Adam installed our new Energy efficient Gas Furnace and Heat Pump, they did an excellent job. From prompt replies to emails and phone calls, with Meira, to the smoothest ever installation of a new furnace and heat pump by Adam and Perry, to the inspector Ross....I can't imagine better customer service and more thorough debriefing of the process. We knew how everything worked, ZERO mess, professionalism and we feel we are in good hands. Can't recommend highly enough.
