It's been about 5 years now since our Garage floor was put in and it's lasted great with only a very minimal hairline crack in a small section. Mike did and his team were punctual and did a great job, needing to run the cement to the garage with a mini truck as the laneway was too small to allow for the full cement truck. We recently used him to pour a concrete pad for a large generator as well and that went smoothly too. He's rock solid :) and would highly recommend.

Hired Mike to pour the cement walkway between my house and my neighbours. I got some other quotes and he was definitely competitive, as well as appearing to be a good guy to deal with and willing to do the project quickly. We were away for a week while the job was being done, and it looked great on our return. Very clean lines, and exactly what we contracted for. I wasn't worried because his Homestars reviews for these types of projects were good. I've hired him to install permeable pavers on my driveway. I'll report back on how that went. [addition] Had permeable pavers - Eco-optilock by Unilock - installed on the driveway and next to my rear deck. On my suggestion, the guys dug down around 16 inches under the driveway, because the soil tends to be clay-ish and doesn't absorb water too well, We used high quality HPB gravel, which drains well. The stones were laid nicely in the front, and when I queried Mike about the unevenness of the small section in the back he immediately sent someone to re lay it properly. Great job.

Mike Scott and his crew did an excellent job at my place! They were so clean, easy to deal with, and graded everything perfectly. I would recommend him for your basement waterproofing!

We had a stone patio done , wall for garden and curb around the fountain. Everything looks amazing. Originally we had a wood deck which had to be removed. Michael pored cement base for the patio first and than a beautiful INCA stone was laid on. Also, he built a base for a granite counter. Garden wall in front of the house is also beautiful. We had two amazing guys working on the project Darrell and Mat and they were pleasure to work with. They were eager to please us and listen to all our ad hock changes or requests as with this kind of project can happen. We will recommend Michael Scotts company for any project large or small. I had my driveway replaced from dirt to Cement this past Spring and I was simply amazed at the service that was provided. Mike was fantastic and the quality of work was second to note. I also did a lot of research and Mike's quote was extremely competitive. Very happy and will do a follow-up review next spring after Winter.

Mike and his team poured a nice pad beside our garage where the kids can play basketball or we can park a car. We are very happy with the quality and look of the concrete. Quote was competitive, the work was completed in a professional and timely manner and according to the specs in the estimate. I will recommend M Scott to friends for concrete work.

Mike and his crew did a very good job on removing the cracked, uneven walkway between our house and our neighbour and putting in a new cement one. It is properly graded now so water runs out to the street. He also redid the parging that was coming off along the lower part of our wall. The final result looks great. He was easy to talk to, on time and the project as done as per his estimated quote. I would recommend him for this kind of job. He had also done a couple other walkways on our street and I heard positive things from my neighbours.

Because of waterproofing our house we needed to remove our front porch concrete stairs and the side walls of the porch. The previous tiles had to be removed too as it wasn't waterproofed and we had water coming in underneath. Mike and his team did an excellent job removing the old tiles and bricks. The bricks got cleaned up on the side of the house and on the columns. The porch got waterproofed and finished with concrete. Everyday the site was left clean, the garbage was taken away. Mike and his team explained us every step before and during the works. The job was done in time and within the agreed price.

Professional, experienced, responsive, on-time, and reasonably priced. I don't think you can ask for more in a contractor. Mike and his team know what they are doing, and do it well. I had them replace my old patio and sidewalks including the walkway between the houses where water was pooling. They removed the old concrete and poured new concrete so as to have the water funnel appropriately away from the house. His crew was friendly, the job site was always left neat and clean, and the finished product looks excellent. I would definitely recommend Mike for any of your concrete needs.
