M. Scott did a superb job replacing and paving the 60' narrow walkway between my house and my neighbour's house, improving drainage and beautifying our property. This was a job that several other concrete contractors actually declined to bid on because it was too small! M Scott Home Improvements was the first to call me back, and followed through on their promises. High quality work. On time. On budget. No mess. Happy customers. Would repeat.

I initially contacted Mike about replacing our garage floor. The job expanded to include replacing some shattered bricks and tuck pointing. Mike, Darrell and crew were extremely pleasant to work with. We're very satisfied with the job and would definitely contact Mike again if we need anymore work done.

Mike and his team took out a double layer of asphalt from our old garage and poured a new concrete pad for our new one. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them for any driveway, garage and/or masonry job.

Mike Scott redid our driveway. There were very easy to work with. The removed the old concrete and poured a brand new driveway. They showed up on time - worked hard - took care to do it right and finished on time. We have more concrete work we will need done next year and we will not hesitate to call them for that job. We highly recommend Mike and his team.

We used M Scott Home Improvements to install Rebar, build forms and pour concrete for an elevator pit as well as pouring concrete after plumbing work had been done. I hope tobuse this company for all if my residential AND commercial jobs in the future.

Michael and team replaced our garage dirt floor with concrete. The price was great and the job was perfect. He was reliable and overall easy to work with. Everything was left clean and we love our new floor.

I hired Mike and his team to do several related jobs including waterproofing, rebuilding the walls of a walkout, bricking up two basement windows and replacing concrete walkways. When I met Mike, I felt he had the expertise and experience to handle whatever came up. The scope of the work did expand and I appreciated Mike's practical advice and commitment to high standards. Mike and his team installed a brand new concrete floor in my garage while breaking an existing and very old floor ( from the 50s!) Throughout the entire project scott and his team were extremely professional, organized and very respectful. The project was completed as per schedule and the quality of work was excellent! On top of all This, they were extra vigilant in ensuring our property was protected and left a clean place afterward. I can't praise their team enough!! Thank you so much Scott!

We asked for Mike's number after seeing work done on our neighbours driveway, and we are so happy with the results, Mike and his team did an excellent job of replacing our front and side walkway. Pricing was competitive and Darryl the person who did the job was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The job was done in a timely fashion, it was well done and looks great. The best experience we have ever had with a contractor.

Mike did a good job and managed to squeeze the work in during a very busy summer. Despite the rain. The top of the slab is nice e and smooth.
