    Highly recommended

    Evan was a pleasure to work with from the start. He and Aqua Spa pools treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism right through the entire process and job. Something a lot of other pool companies lack! The job itself ended up costing a little more than we expected but the work spoke for itself. When it was all set and done, the quality of the work and equipment was nothing less than top notch. It was done in a relatively timely manner with no mistakes. I would and have recommended Aqua Spa to friends and family. The only disappointment, if any, is the relatively high cost (versus other companies) of closing and opening the pool. The warranty is also contingent on using them for these services which is a little bit of a bummer. Regardless still highly recommended but why I gave a 9/10 versus a perfect 10.

    Pool, retaining wall and landscaping

    Ken and everyone from Aquaspa pools were fantastic. We bought the house we wanted but needed to be sure we could have a pool installed in a unique and challenging property. Ken looked at the property before we bought it and assured us he could remove and reposition a new reinforced retaining wall to support the pool he would install. He was right! He designed the pool it all and we were swimming in the pool about 8 weeks from the first dig. They have specialized crews who were friendly and really knew what they were doing. We are very happy that Aquaspa pool made our backyard dreams come true.

    Maximizing a small space

    Incredible work from Aquaspa pools. We weren’t sure what we could do in our small space, but Evan and team guided us through great options and delivered on all expectations. The crew was efficient, conscientious and polite. Would absolutely recommend AquaSpa Pools to family and friends looking to get a pool. We’ve enjoyed the pool everyday since opening. Thanks again Evan and team.

    Pool and landscaping

    The various crews from Aqua spa pools were a pleasure to deal with throughout every phase of the project. They were professional, they took pride in their work, and they cleaned up after each day. Evan was leading the charge, providing great options and items for us to consider as first time pool owners. We had great collaboration and he took the time to explain the process to ensure our expectations were being managed. Aquaspa transformed our backyard into an oasis that will be enjoyed for many years to come. If you are thinking about building a pool, this is the team to deliver. From the drawings to the finish product, the team was fantastic! Keep up the tremendous work!!

    After service

    I wanted to give a shout out to Evan - project manager and Christian - the pool technician - we had a challenge with our heater just about the 1 year warranty - Evan was very helpful assisting us with the contact at Hayward - he followed up to ensure we were looked after - then sent Christian out to reorganize our filter set up providing us with a great piece of mind going forward - thanks gentleman

    Backyard Oasis in the burbs

    Thank You Aqua Spa Pools for making our dream backyard oasis a reality. We love the transformation of our basic yard turned into a amazing space for our family and friends to enjoy. Evan was so great to work with, he is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and so responsive to any questions we had. He helped us design and pick all the colours and we love it and get so many compliments on the stonework, pool liner colour and pavilion. If you are considering a pool I would highly recommend you get a design from Aqua Spas Pools & Landscape Design, it is to spec and they think of everything for you.

    Backyard Oasis - pool & landscaping

    AquaSpa and Royal Stone transformed our backyard into a resort like oasis. Evan, our project manager, provided a wonderful design and oversaw the entire project from start to finish. Once they got a shovel in the ground...wow did they move fast - with quality and precision work. Every member of their team was so friendly and personable. They also kept a very clean worksite, leaving the site spotless at the end of each day. They finished the pool late in the 2018 season, but were back promptly to finish off their work so we could be swimming by the Spring of 2019. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at having a pool and landscaping done at their home. Worth every penny! Thanks to Evan and the entire team! ~The Appleton Family

    Backyard oasis

    AquaSpa pools and their affiliated companies transformed our backyard - all hardscaping, spoftscaping, pool, gazebo, pool shed, lighting etc etc. It was a fabulous experience dealing with Ken and everyone on his team. He is extremely responsive and sets high standards for all his teams. Everyone was professional, talented, respectful and a pleasure to have on the job. The backyard has been transformed to fulfill a long-time dream! It is magnificent.

    Pool and Landscaping

    Working with AquaSpa was nothing but a great experience. Evan and the team walked us through everything and answered all our questions from beginning to end. Most importantly, they are extremely fast.. in less than a month we went from grass.. to a fully landscaped backyard and open pool! Highly recommend AquaSpa Pools & Landscape to anyone looking to create the backyard of their dreams!

    Pool, stonework around pool

    Pool is a big Project and alot of $$$ we wanted to go with the best. Our Initial PM resigned so it was bit delayed but once Evan spoke to us he started to get things in place. I was satisfied with the quality of work and was impressed with their cooperation. They were very responsive and was able to work with my needs. Recommend Aquaspa Pools and the Royal Stone Group. EVAN and his team were professional and overall great to work with!.
