We retained Aquaspa to undertake a major project in a new build in Uxbridge. The overall project was a large pool, separate spa, with a large amount of stone decking on multiple levels with stairs, outdoor shower etc. They were chosen in part because their pricing was competitive and in part because our project manager had had good results with them in the past. They worked well with us, cared about the job as well as the cost, and completed on time and on budget. There have been some issues due to the complexity of the design, but they solved whatever needed solving and have been continually responsive. Good people.

We had a fantastic service and process with John. He was informative, punctual and a great person to work with. We are very happy with our pool and landscaping.

The meeting began in February of this year, (2021.) The response was quick but I had doubts that during Covid, The pool would be completed. From the beginning, Angelo was amazing and professional. Never over promising but never under delivering as well. His reassurance was why we went with Aqua Spa Pools . From the beginning, he stated that if any issues would occur, it would be due to raw materiel shortages and nothing else. Being in a business myself, I fully understood the situation in hand. Covid had created issues in the supply chain. And of course, that occurred. Throughout the process Angelo and his crew were in touch with us and letting us know the situation in hand. We never felt that we were being told stories or they were just passing the buck due to Covid. At the end of it, I could only tell you that Angelo, Davide, Phil, Livani and the rest of the Aqua Spa family, completed the job and my kids were the happiest that they have ever been. We weren’t sure what we could do in our small space, but Evan and team guided us through great options and delivered our backyard oasis. Though we experienced delays, evan was always sure to notify us so we weren’t left in the dark. Since the day our pool was filled with water in may we have not stopped using it. We would highly recommend Aqua spa to our friends and family

The company's design work is a fraud. Stay far away from them. Evan was our first point of contact (he was very nice and professional) and referred us to Angelo (who was going to be our "Project Manager". They encourage us to pay them for a design (which we did) and then sent us something that was off base. We reached out multiple times to Angelo to try and get it corrected and he just ignored our comments/questions and when we did eventually reach him by phone and he came off rude and dismissive. We then reached back out to Evan and after a couple of emails and a phone call, we eventually connected with Evan. Evan said he would make the situation right and never contacted us back. Dealing with this company is not worth it.....stay far away from them and spend your money somewhere else.

I would NEVER recommend this company or want any person to go through the suffering we had to go through. They didn’t care about mistakes, delays or our property. They took our money and never delivered on time. They would show up once every 2 weeks. They were always full of excuses and a million mistakes were made that could have easily been avoided, sadly that can’t be fixed now. Our backyard work was finished 6 months later than promised. Biggest most expensive mistake hiring this company.

Aqua Spa was great and competitively priced when we were looking around for pool and landscaping. Their crews extremely knowledgeable/ professional. Shout out to John who we worked with to plan and design and who oversaw the project. Pool and hardscape executed with excellence and quick. Landscape was good but I didn’t get the all the plants I ordered and paid for. I still have faith that John will fix it when he has the time. Service is great, they come when you call. Open and close costs a little too high. The cabana built the year later is fantastic. We aren’t finished adding to the backyard but what we have so far we are loving. Thanks Aqua Spa!

John at Aquaspa and Royalstone created an outdoor oasis for us at our previous house in 2017. They were amazing through the entire process. I can’t imagine a negative review about them as I know they go above and beyond for their clients by experience. John made this a painless process and the crews were amazing, quick and clean with their work. We stayed on time and had no surprises. This is a big process and expectations from the home owner needs to have some flexibility when it comes to weather delays, order delays for all the different components of the pool and dealing with different contractors at different stages. Overall experience was amazing. So amazing we moved and are using them all over again! We look forward to using our new pool and backyard oasis built again by Aquaspa and Royalstone again this summer!

This project started last year and we are still in the process of working through issues to hopefully have a pool made soon. Looking forward to enjoying time with the family in the pool.

We hired Aquaspa Pools to build our in ground pool. The space was tight and the budget was tight too. However they exceeded our expectations. Our project manager Tim was a delight to work with. They installed on time and within budget, when other people we know were being delayed. We could not be happier with the design and amazing pool they have created for our family. This is going to give us years of happiness and enjoyment.
