From our first meeting .I knew that we would be using aquaspapools. Kenneth Morgan was very honest and knew his stuff. He always returned your call regardless how busy he was. He made us fell very comfortable with our decision to choose aquaspapools. They have just finished our pool and landscaping . Wow Ken and his crew made our family's dream come true. Amazing work , great crew and from start to finish in one month. They use nothing but the best quality equipment. He never shied away from answering a call or text regardless what time it was. If I had to do this over again I would use Aquaspapools in a heartbeat . Everything they said they would do they did. They did it with the most care and respect to us and our property. We are ecstatic with the wonderful pool and landscaping work that Aquaspa pools built for us last year. We were impressed by how carefully Tony planned and undertook each phase of what became a large component of our renovation. He always responded promptly to any concerns we had. We learned that the entire team sincerely care about the quality of what they build and that they want their customers to be happy. In so doing, we are very happy customers! We are very grateful to Tony for taking an entire day to calculate the grading of our property, and to help think through the best solution for our back yard steps at a below grade door. The flagstone steps look fantastic and have helped integrate the old part of our home with the new. It is a great improvement over the original design. The stonework and plantings were installed by skilled craftsmen who took a lot of pride in their work. The value of using Aquaspa pools is that they took the viewpoint, "what would I want done if it was my house". We would definitely recommend Aquaspa Pools for their pool and landscaping work! Thanks to all the Staff for their skills, knowledge and care.

We bought a new home and met with several pool companies to give us a quote, but more importantly give us some ideas on how to address our grade conditions as my backyard is sloped. This created a challenge for most companies, however AquaSpa Pools just validated how awesome my backyard can look and that my grade conditions are actually a positive! Not only did they provide me with a detailed drawing to ease my mind, but they presented some affordability options that helped make our dreams come true. My backyard is a true oasis and the social hub of the neighbourhood. Thank you everyone that works at AquaSpa Pools! My kids couldn't be happier with their new pool!

Got the best estimate from Pino for our backyard project. Aquaspa Pools were very patient with our ideas and helped us improve them with their suggestions. I like the professionally done job from the way it was all designed to the way its been built. The stonework, lighting, and everything else was well done and the project was completed on time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the company and the quality job they've done. I highly recommend them!

Just wanted to thank Tony and there awesome crew at Aquaspapools. It’s hard to find employees who are so highly committed to exceptional customer service, and are so accommodating, and willing to please. The process began with a drawing, then was offered a 3D drawing and the work itself in the end exceeded my expections. Tony Advised me and expalined fully about pool, landscape beds, stonework and lighting, and in the end it was fully exceptional.Tony also followed up with me 2 weeks after the work was completed to make sure all was running smoothly. It's not often that people go out of their way for customer support, but you went beyond and I appreciate it! This experience has reinforced my trust in Aquaspapools. it’s people as a company that stands by it’s Customer First attitude! After we had our initial consultation with Pino, he came back with a stunning drawing that was more than we dreamed of, with many unique design features. When the job started, we felt like we were on Extreme House Makeover! The crew was super organized, clean and very fast. Our job consisted of a pool, cabana, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and stunning landscaping they were in and out in only 15 days. We give Aquaspa an 11 out of 10! We have recommended them to many friends. Our family would like to thank Pino, Kenny and their crew for being so considerate to us and our neighbours.

My husband and I met with multiple pool/landcape contractors. Of the four companies we met with, Aquaspa Pools received our contract. Gino went the extra mile and provided a fresh and sensible concept drawing that we fell in love with. He helped us with our permits and directed us to the proper city departments. The project went as planned and was completed on time (16 days). His crew was very courteous and the job site was always left clean. My husband and I could not believe the transformation as we went from a backyard that we hardly used to a backyard that we just love spending time in. My sister got several quotes to install a pool last summer, however many companies told her it would take 1.5 months to complete the job. She decided to go with Aquaspa Pools and they not only installed the pool but built an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, side yard walkways and interlocking stone driveway. Her property is truly the envy of the neighbourhood and was completed in 2 weeks!!! My husband and I finally just moved into our new home and already knew we wanted to do the same thing. When Aquaspa came to do the job, not only did they have state of the art equipment and machinery, they also had 3 specialized crews to install my pool, do the stonework and another team to plant trees and lighting. I was truly impressed with the professionalism of their team and Pino and Kenny were a pleasure to work with. I love my backyard, it’s our own private oasis.
