Worst customer service, pool took over a year to go in, pools and stones not level and they try to tell me "no pool is ever level", very fast at asking for money and once paid they are MIA

Ken, John and the Team have been amazing from the idea to the finished back and front yards. I would happily recommend them and show off the amazing outside of our beautiful home!!! When our family started thinking about putting a pool in our backyard, I didn't take it very seriously. My perspective of a pool installation, due to not knowing the difficulty was it’s “EASY”… I must have heard that comment 10 times and it was because I was speaking to the wrong contractors across York region. I continuously heard from every company I spoke too, it's easy to do and it's not that expensive, we can take care of all your worries etc… After 2 months of gathering facts, planning and researching rather then just diving into a project, I was well prepared in what I wanted out of a company. I wanted a company that had a great personal reputation and brand, customer experience at the forefront of their operation, so I knew when I called when something was wrong it would be dealt with ASAP, Keeping the neighborhood clean, Speed at project execution to minimize community disturbance, an organization that could mitigate my risks with my neighborhood by controlling all elements of the Project(TCRA, City of Vaughan, Permits, applications, Inspections, ESA) the project contractor needed to have the “Right” level of competency and perfection at their work. After 5 different quotes, AquaSpaPools was the only organization on a timely fashion, to put a fact based document in front of me with Cost, details, commercial obligations, risks and outcomes. I knew exactly what I was getting and when.. Folks I’ve visited and witnessed several different projects(one’s I won’t even mention that are a disaster with other companies) now having gone through my own project that was completed in (2.5 weeks , 17 person team execution). The project was clean, fast and organized! Pino, Ken and their entire team run a smooth delivery model with excellent design ideas and outstanding project management. This was our second time using the services of Royal Stone for landscaping work and it did not disappoint. At our last house we did both the back and front yards and the good workmanship was evident – it was visually pleasing for years. This time around, Kenneth and his crew again were very professional, flexible, quick, clean and spot on. We will definitely be using Royal Stone in the future for our front yard landscaping.

After months of researching and interviewing a few companies about building a pool, no doubt Aquaspa came out on top! Our experience from day one was nothing more than professional and reliable. From our initial meeting, to the choices of design, to selecting colours, and full construction, Aquaspa and all the staff made this project stress-free. Someone is always there to answer my questions and teach me what I needed to know being a new pool owner. They take pride in their customer service and treat all clients like their project is the most important one, no matter how big or how small the project. John and his team installed our pool and stone work. John was helpful as we worked through a plan. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend AquaSpa and Royal Stone.

I was introduced to Kenneth Morgan, by word-of-mouth, about his company good professional work. Glad to have decided to go with Aquaspa, our backyard was a mess and in 3-1/2 working days, they changed it to a wonderful leaving space. Very clean work, no-hustles! Planning on using them again to do our front yard! albino.

Removed the existing driveway and created a new and wonderful entrance. A new pool and patio was installed. The staff were professional and the work was completed to a high standard.

We worked with Kenny and his crew. They were wonderful in helping us get a drawing completed and revised (indefinite times) for free. Their work was not always perfect but headache-lessly rectified. They worked fast and professionally. Maybe a little pricey, but worth the premium you pay for speed, experience and reliability.

My wife and I decided to get a pool as we do not have the time for a cottage. We asked some friends for recommendations of contractors to use for our project. We contacted 4 different companies to get some info, ideas and quotes. Out of the 4 companies, we got quotes from 3. After a few meetings with the 3 companies, we decided to go with Aqua Spa Pools. We met with Pino several times, either at our home or his design center. We decided on a design that used the space available efficiently. Pino is a dedicated owner that answered his phone every time I called with any questions or concerns. Once his large crew started this large project, they were at my house every single day until the project was completed. All of his employees were very respectful to my family. Pino and his crew finished this large project in a short amount of time as he has the man power to get any job done. Both himself and his crew pay close attention to detail and replace/repair any inefficiencies along the way. Overall we are extremely content with the quality, sevice and workmanship of the entire project. We have recommended Aqua Spa Pools many times as everyone asks who was the company we used. Selecting the right company is the first step and I am certain you will be extremely happy with Aqua Spa Pools.
