The level of service I received from Johnny was so impressive that I swear I would buy another home just to go through the same level of professionalism. Aquaspapools used only top notch materials and saw everything through form A-Z it was effortless on our part. THANK YOU THANKYOU THANK YOU

When I started the process of meeting with potential contractors - Ken Morgan was the 1st I had met. Seemed like a great guy and we hit it off. We was pretty frank off the get go as to what my vision was going to cost. So I proceeded to meet with many other contractors as well to do my due diligence (some big names as well). Some quotes were more- some less. I found the more ones overshot what I wanted and the less ones basically left stuff out. Ken knew what I wanted and didn't mince words. So after wasting a month meeting others- I inevitably called Ken back and said the job was his. I had a 40ft pool with waterfall, lots of stonework, outdoor kitchen and a Cabana built. The thing I really appreciated was- where possible- I made several changes along the way- including the direction of the pool from horizontal to my house to vertical! No issues of charges or thats gonna be extra nonsense. They were on time and weather permitting always on the job. Ken promised me I would be swimming by July 1st week and I believe it was like the 7th we were swimming! Anyways there is so much to write about from initial 3D design, to trees being added, to pool usage support, to Cabana drawings, building permits, pool permits, etc etc. All the guys were great to work with including the carpenter Kevin! Everyone also cleaned up daily so my neighbours didn't complain. To sum it up- if you are looking to install a pool/landscaping/cabana etc- don't waste your time shopping around- call Ken at Aqua Spa Pools.

John Perri and the AquaSpa crew did a fantastic job replacing our old, dated pool with a modern, hi-tech version and turned our backyard into a beautiful retreat. The job was a tricky one because of the way our house is situated but the team managed all the logistics nicely and ensured that site was kept tidy and the neighbours were kept happy. John was great at walking me through each step of the project and kept everything on time and on budget. Overall a fantastic experience and we are delighted with the result.

After considerable research we hired Aquaspa to install a pool and do the landscaping for our back yard. Every step of the process was a pleasant surprise. The quality of their work and the manner in which they maintained the construction site was amazing. Then they toped that by delivering a final product that was truly stunning. We would recommend Ken and his crews to anyone.

We noticed Aquaspa Pools working on our street. We were initially impressed with their army of vehicles and crew, but we were hesitant to ask for a quote because they looked extremely high end and we were afraid they would be expensive. We were pleasantly surprised; their pricing was reasonable. Pino provided a detailed quote outlining the project so there were no surprises. Aquaspa turned around a design within a couple of days and allowed us to make changes. We were happy with Pino and Kenny's recommendations. It gave us a modern and sleek look that we were looking for. Our front steps give our entrance a grand look and feel. The stone driveway is a showpiece in itself. Neighbors and passerbyers stop to comment and takes pictures. We can't wait to start using our backyard and outdoor kitchen this spring.

I hired AquaSpa Pools to do a complete backyard project. They installed a pool, a fire place, interlocking stones, landscaping, and trees. They did absolutely everything I asked, got the job done quickly, came when there were concerns, and were accommodating to changes I wanted. They even replaced dead trees. I will soon be hiring them back to do my front yard.

We had our whole backyard renovated. AquaSpa Pools replaced the pool equipment, changed the lines into the pool, and switched the chlorine to salt water. The removal and installation of the equipment was clean, they were on time, and very responsive to answer any questions and concerns.

We hired AquaSpa Pools to build an in-ground pool, a deck, and an outside barbeque in our backyard. The quality of service we received was really good. They worked quickly and immediately fixed any concerns or things I wasn’t happy with.
