    Entire house re-stucco

    We hired Aiad in spring 2019 for a large project to re-stucco our entire house. Very impressed with his work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. Aiad and his crew went above and beyond to ensure the work is done properly and on time and we are very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

    STUCCO

    The stucco job that Aiad did was fantastic. But almost more importantly, his communication, his scheduling, his commitment to keeping his word was as impressive as the work. I have had so many contractors work on my house and no other contractor could tell me how much the job would cost, how long the job would take, or when the job could be done. Aiad did all of those perfectly. I would highly recommend Aiad and his company.

    Beautiful work replacing Wooden Windows Boxes and Front Porch Post

    Aiad and his team did a fantastic job replacing badly damaged Wooden Window boxes (both floors, front and back) as well as the front porch post. The "after" look was so beautiful that we saw neighbors and people live nearby walking their dogs stopping at our house, taking pictures of the work as well as the company sign on the lawn. Aiad's service also includes applying caulking around the windows he just finished by a professional company that hired/paid by Aiad. We're 100% satisfied and would recommend COSMOPOLITAN to everyone who is suffering from the "builder's windows" after a couple of years.

    Exterior Stucco Repair

    We hired Aiad for a stucco repair job as one side of the house that was cracking and peeling.   Aiad was very customer focused and quick to respond to any and all questions we had about the project. He went above and beyond to get the stucco repair completed.  His quoted price was far more reasonable than other contractors, who did not seem to care for smaller jobs.

    Stucco Project

    Excellent work by Aiad and his team. From the initial meeting to the final inspection, we were very satisfied with the quality of work and Aiad's professionalism. He was always on time, and in constant communication with us during our project. The work was excellent and he kept the worksite safe and clean for us. We highly recommend Aiad for any stucco project that you might have. Thanks again for the great work!

    STUCCO AND STONE WORK

    We have had a number of contractors over the past few years; concrete driveway, windows and doors, washrooms, and fence construction. Aiad is by far the best contractor we have had. He explains what he is going to do, he says when he will start and how long the job will take, and he sticks to it. His work is top notch, and he cleans up the site when he is done. If anyone is interested in getting stone work and stucco done on their home, Aiad is the first contractor they should consider. We are going to have additional work done by him next year because we are so pleased with what he has done thus far. Thanks Aiad for your hard work.

    Stucco repair: Woodpecker poked hole in stucco

    Aiad is without a doubt, the BEST contractor I have ever worked with, and I have done a ton of renos. He is so amiable and customer focused, efficient, does fantastic work, and I cannot rave enough about him or his business. He stuccoed the front and back of my house last fall. We love it and he did custom trim to meet our requests. A woodpecker poked a significant hole in the front last week and I called Aiad to fix it. He came today just for this small job; half hour repair Job. Done! You will get nothing but perfection with this company / Aiad!!!

    Exceptional Workmanship

    We had Cosmopolitan Construction Inc to replace our window box stucco. Aiad , the contractor, walked us thru answering all our questions about the application, samples of trim, color choices, etc. He gave us detailed quotation and sent us an agreeable contract at a very reasonable price. Aiad was very easy to work with and offered advice that ensured our project would exceed our expectations. He and his team were very professional, well organised, punctual and left the work site perfect clean. They finished the project at the promised time and most importantly flawless. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend Cosmopolitan to anyone.

    Stucco

    Aiad is a pleasure to deal with and the work he and his team does is outstanding. They are very friendly and professional. All the materials they used for this project are top notch. Aiad was always available to troubleshoot and find solutions, he is just very considerate to the needs of their clients. They consistently left the site tidy and also did a great job for the post installation site cleaning. I would highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction Inc to everyone.     Stucco repair

    Had Aiad and his crew redo the exterior stucco on my townhouse. They were polite, professional and most important they did a flawless job in just a few days. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for stucco work.
