    Stucco

    Aiad and his team did a great job, I'm very satisfied with both work quality and the result. Very punctual, arrived on site every day at exactly the promised time. The work was completed quickly and without delays. The work site was left spotless clean. Highly recommend Aiad and his team to anyone who looks for this type of work, will definitely contract Cosmopolitan construction if I need to do another project like this. Thank you Aiad!

    Stucco

    I as a Professional Engineer and perfectionist I am was in need of to reface the existing facade to my home office. I have seen lots of contractor but this company was very friendly and professional. Mr. Aiad and his crew did an excellent detailing job. Although the project was tedious but they did not show any tiredness to give me the best, which I expected. If I describe Aiad, I should say he is a man to be on schedule and worked out of box. Herewith I recommend him to anybody who are perfectionist.

    instalation of Stucco and moulding

    Cosmopolitan renovated the exterior of our home. The work was performed in a clean and very professional manner. We are 100 % satisfied and now have the most beautiful home.

    They are very honest active and responsible team. they did our project ( hole sides of house) less than ten days. they are very professional group. their services in all subjects was very perfect.

    Insulation/Stucco installation + Siding removal

    Aiad and his crew did a fantastic job on our house. We have a very old house, so it needed a lot of work to fix all wonky things to make it look brand new. They team worked from 7am to 7pm every day for one week to complete the work. From the old siding removal, to the last touch up and cleanup, we could feel that Aiad treated our home as his own, without cutting corners. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very responsive to address all our questions and concerns (and we had a lot!). Our house now looks beautiful and we love the colors. Pricing was fair, no hidden charge. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction for your insulation + stucco needs.

    Stucco Installation

    Aiad is great to work with. He has a great team - as our neighbor commented, they are respectful and efficient. He takes the time to answer all questions, is very prompt and makes suggestions/recommendations. We have had several positive comments from the neighbors regarding the quality of the work. The house had siding at the top, and brick at the bottom. Aiad and his team removed the siding, installed the stucco all around the house, and installed a stone facade on the lower part of the house. All work was clean and very quick. The whole install was approx. 2 weeks including the soffit replacement (by another team). Aiad advised on the sequence of the steps required (ex. Windows replacement, stucco install, soffit replacement, insulation replacement where necessary, electrical work etc) Aiad and his team were a pleasure to deal with, and were very trustworthy and professional.

    Highly Skilled and Professional

    Aiad and his team were highly skilled and fixed our stucco work (which was falling off of the house) quickly and professionally. They were able to get to the job within a week and a half of the quote being accepted and did a great job. Their quote was competitive and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of stucco repair. We really appreciate their excellent work and the timeliness of its completion.

    Stucco and moulding repair

    Our front porch showed signs of water damage and needed repair. We contacted Cosmopolitan Construction for a quote. The amount they quoted us was reasonable for the job to be done. They were able to identify the cause of the problem and explained in detail the work to be performed. Aiad and his team were very professional. They arrived on the first day as scheduled and the work was completed on time. The quality of work was exceptional. The work done blended in perfectly with the rest of our house and he installed additional moulding to our porch that matched exactly with the rest of our house. We are more than happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them.

    Stucco Repair

    We purchased our home about 6 years ago and recently the stucco has started peeling off. This was due to improper application when the house was built. Aiad from Cosmopolitan explained the causes for this and how they were going to repair the failing stucco on our home. The work was done exactly as scheduled and the work was extremely professional and of top quality. You would never know a repair was done on the house. I would definitely recommend the team from Cosmopolitan any time. They were a joy to work with!

    STUCCO INSTALLATION

    I have been in the construction business for 35 years and when I decided to replace my siding with stucco I was concerned about finding a reputable stucco contractor. Aiad from Cosmopolitan Construction was referred to me by one of my customers and I was not disappointed. Aiad was professional and explained in detail on the installation of stucco. Aiad was always on the job and all his workers were professional and new exactly what they were doing. Our house was totally transformed into a brand new house. I would definitely recommend Cosmopolitan Construction if you are thinking of Stucco you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for everything Aiad!!
