    stucco repairs

    Our stucco home had four large areas needing stucco repairs and we contacted Cosmopolitan Construction based on all the positive reviews on HomeStars. We were in a hurry as we are planning on putting the house up for sale within the next few weeks. The owner, Aiad, understood our need for fast service and was able to quote and do the work within the week. We were concerned that the colour or texture of the patched areas would not match our original stucco, but they did an amazing job. You'd never know we had work done on our 16 year old house. It matched perfectly and looks terrific. Thanks so much Aiad and your crew for a great job. I'd highly recommend this company for any work you need done.

    Above and beyond, these guys work hard!

    Getting stucco quotes can be a nightmare, I reached out to 7 companies including Cosmopolitan. Everyone one i dealt with seemed to be a middle person, i just wanted to deal with some one who actually worked on the house and was good at it too. I didn't want to pay some one because they organized all the workers. Aiad showed up every day with his crew and got his hands dirty So he is the right guy to call for sure. They work hard even is 38 degrees heat, they listened to all my needs and requests. There aren't many workers like them if they promised something and it ends up costing them money they will do it out of their own pocket, and will always do little extra touches to make you happy witch is nice as i'm the paying customer. Not like other companies where they make you pay for every small change. The work they do is top notch clean and looks great when finished. Also the customer service doesn't end at goodbye if you have issues of problems he is very quick at getting back to you even after the work is done. Because of all these qualities i highly recommend Cosmopolitan construction. When they finish a job, Give them a cold beer they deserve it! -Best and fair price -Amazing customer service -Really good skills and end result Thank you again!

    Stucco on bay window

    Excellent communications, i never had work with contractor with such good communications, he make sure you know when he is coming and if he can't make it he will tell you ahead of time. the end product is professionally finished and completed on time. The place is cleaned up afterwards. 100% recommended. this is a contractor you can count on.

    Stucco project

    Aiad is wonderful to work with and his crew does their job very well. Great quality work, cleaned up well. Does not look like the same house! Only bad comment was we wish they had bigger colour chips to pick from as we picked wrong at firSt. Aiad was very fair on the cost to start again. Totally would recommend.

    Stucco

    My husband and I are VERY pleased with the work that Aiad and his team did on our home. Our old looking 1970's home was transformed with stucco. Aiad and his team worked tirelessly every day in this heat and made sure everything was done to perfection. At the end of every day, they made sure to leave everything clean and organized. The work was also finished before schedule which was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Cosmopolitan Construction to anyone who is looking for quality stucco and a wonderful team of hard working individuals. Thank you Aiad for all your hard work, we love our new house makeover!

    Stucco on front of house

    We were looking for a company to do some stucco work on the top level of our home. We called Aiad on a recommendation from a colleague and we are so glad we did. Aiad was very thorough in explaining the procedure, showing us his pictures of past jobs, gave us references in our area that he did so we could see his work. His dedicated crew did a professional job, cleaned the site and talked very highly of Aiad. The project started and ended as promised. We also needed to have someone do the caulking and Aiad was very kind to get someone to come the next day. The customer service Aiad provided made our experience with him unforgettable, and will be the reason that we recommend him to all our family and friends.     Stucco Project (whole house)

    We looked at doing a complete re-stucco of our two story house for a couple of years, struggling to find a contractor to do the job well for a reasonable price. Fortunately we found Cosmopolitan Construction on Homestars. Aiad and his team did a fantastic job. He clearly explained what had to be done, what the issues were with our job (the previous homeowner did lots of things on the cheap) and how he was going to fix the various problems with the previous work. True to his word, he and his guys fixed everything perfectly and the house looks better than ever. He did the job on time, on budget and even threw in a few improvements along with way that he thought would look good without charging a dime more. He also coordinated well with our roofers/eavestroph contractor to make sure the two parties work was lining up properly. All around we couldn't be happier. Thanks Aiad. We recommend him highly!

    Exterior Stucco Project

    Like many of the reviewers I called Aiad because of his outstanding reviews on this site and I am glad that we did. He was very professional every step of the way and we are very pleased with the finished product. It was a very big project for us as we had the second story of our entire home stripped of old wood and old stucco and renovated by Aiad and his crew. I appreciated Aiad’s consistent communication. He took any concerns of ours seriously. Ensuring we were pleased with everything was important to him. I strongly recommend Aiad from Cosmopolitan Construction.

    Stucco poject

    Very pleased with the work Aiad and his crew performed - complete exterior stucco renovation/redesign project and I was not disappointed with any aspect of it - detailed/professional quote, completed on time, great execution/punctual (every day 7:30 am start incl. Sat) with Aiad on site 100% of the time overseeing every facet, offering suggestions when called upon, coordinating with other contractors on my behalf, conscious of neighbors' concerns etc...A job well done and an enjoyable experience!     Stucco on front side wood window frame

    We hired this company after reading some reviews on Homestars and I should say we are so happy with our decision. We needed to remove the old , rotten wood window frame from our from side, and put nice stucco. The project started and ended as promised. Working crew were all polite and professional. They also cleaned up after finishing. I recommend this company to anyone looking for Stucco project.
