    Stucco 2nd floor

    We have a 1919 brick and stucco home in the Beach area of Toronto. Aiad and his crew did a great job in giving us a new home- at least on the outside. I particularly liked the fact that they used expanding foam around the windows and between the cement board pieces and also did a good job caulking-all so that the house was water-tight. They completed the job early and on time.

    Very professional and honest stucco company

    I had done extensive research to find a stucco company for our front home. After meeting Aiad from Cosmo Construction I knew he would be the one to get the job done. Aiad and his team did an amazing detailed job to complete our stucco work. Aiad is a very honest and trustworthy man, he has passion for the quality of his work more than anything. We had messed up our color selection and Aiad helped us get through the ordeal with ease and reassured us that things will turn out the way we liked it. I highly recommend Aiad and his team for any stucco work, you won't be disappointed.

    Stucco - back of the house

    Aiad and his team are highly professional. He communicates regularly and completed the work within the quoted estimate & timeline. His crew was polite and respectful of our property - even going as far as cleaning up styrofoam that blew into a neighbour's yard. The stucco job looks great. We are extremely happy with the work they completed for us.

    Old house in the Annex.

    We are very pleased with the project Aiad and his team just completed in our house. From beginning to end they've been friendly, fast, accommodating, and improving upon my ideas at every step of the way. My house is over 100 years old, and from experience with other projects I know it's challenging to work on, but Aiad and team made it seem easy and the end result went well beyond my expectations. I could not be happier to have hired them!

    Renovation of Medical Building in Hamilton

    ADLYS General Contracting and Project Management hired Cosmopolitan to perform all Stucco work on all elevations for the Medical Building located on Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton. Aiad and his team completed the work as planned although we experienced tough weather conditions (Winds and snow ), the quality of work was excellent, my team, the Client and the walking by neighbours are very happy from the results. Aiad's team were friendly, flexible to changes and very cooperative and really it was pleasure to work with. The quote presented was very detailed and clear, the sample of colures / textures helped us a lot and Aiad helped us on the design . The quote presented by Aiad came very reasonable in term of Cost compared with other four offers we received and definitely we got the best value of money we paid from the quality of work, flexibility and the friendly environment his team has. I would definitely recommend Aiad in any Stucco works that require attention to details and high quality.

    Stucco Work At Bayview Hill

    It is my pleasure to have a job done by Aiad. This is my second job that have been done at professional finishing by Aiad. I am real estate agent and helping my client to upgrade the property. I did use some stucco constructors till I met Aiad. He helps me to finish the entire job without any headache to me. And he can alway finish the job better than I expecting.

    Stucco Work at Avenue / Lawrence

    We were in a bit of a bind as a portion of our exterior brick had been removed and the house was being exposed to the elements. We made the decision to stucco the entire front of the house. I contacted several companies that did Stucco to get quotes and availability to do work. Aiad was very responsive, stopped by the same day to look at the situation and then followed up with a detailed quote. He was very patient and took the time to explain to us the process and key things we should consider. While in the middle of completing the project, we made some changes which he accommodated very reasonably. He was on site every day and his crew started at 8am everyday. Our neighbours were appreciative of the cleanliness of the crew. His pricing was reasonable and the quality of his work has been exceptional.

    EIFS Stucco on

    Aiad and his team was very friendly. The entire team worked very hard to finish the job on time. During construction time, there was many days that it rained, however the team worked on the weekend to meet the dead line. End of each working day they cleaned the construction site. Any time of the day all the team members had smile on their face which make us as a costumer happy and confident. Every day Aiad communicated to us regarding work progress. The finished job looked even better then expected. The EIFS has made my home look like it is new, and has made a difference in the temperature inside. I would definitely recommend Cosmopolitan Construction to anyone who is looking for quality work.

    Stucco in Foresthill

    I'm a contractor living and working in Toronto. Cosmopolitan has just finished a job for me in Forest Hill where they did an excellent job! Besides being polite and a pleasure to work with, Aiad and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure that my client was happy with his finished product. Their professionalism and respectfulness also ensured that both our site and the neighbour's property was left emaculate. I recommend their work and they are definitely a company that I will call upon every occasion where stucco is an option!

    Exterior Stucco

    Aiad was please to work with. The job site was kept clean, the work was started and completed as promised. Had one structural issue that was discovered during the work and was dealt with properly. Would highly recommend Aiad and his crew again.
