    It was great experience, very professional and knowledge able people. Cutomer survive and tec both knew what needed to be done

    Servicing

    We recently got our HVAC servicing done by Martino . The technician was professional, friendly and punctual. He was patient and was able to answer all my questions. He gave helpful tips on regular maintenance of the unit. Customer satisfaction is their priority and we would certainly maintain our membership with them.

    Gas Fireplace Service and Repair

    I called Martino to do a service check up on a gas fireplace and repair a pilot that wasn't staying on, after missing the first appointment, and then not completing the repair on the initial visit. I had to follow up after a couple of weeks to get a status, at which point I was called immediately with a ludicrous price for a pilot assembly and install. Not even taking into account the money they already took for the first visit and that they missed the first appointment. I have since found a reputable company to do the work on the FIRST visit and at a reasonable price. I would not recommend them.

    AC Installation

    Would like to thank JP @ Martino HVAC and the tech that installed our new AC Unit in Alliston, the work was done as it was scheduled in a very clean and efficient way, they spent all the time necessary to explain how the unit worked. I would say that is not easy to choose when it comes to deal with Ac Units, but with the help and expertise of Martino HVAC Contractors, things were much easier, Thank you again.

    New A/C unit

    Martino was very professional from the start. JP was courteous, informative and responsive and supplied us with a detailed quote even going so far as to match a competitor's price. Todd and Jordan were fantastic installing the unit, even making improvements over the previous installation by another company and leaving no mess whatsoever. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Martino to anyone. Thank you very much.

    Air conditioner maintenance service

    A plus service - arrived on time , got the job done quickly and efficiently. Technician was friendly and made me feel my questions were important. I highly recommend MARTINO HVAC for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

    Air Condition/Furnace Yearly Maintenance Programme

    We received a very professional, accurate and helpful service call from Martino HVAC! We are very pleased with this experience and will continue to have Martino HVAC service our Furnace and Air Conditioner yearly!

    Air conditioning installation

    Excellent service, workmanship and customer service. Installers were neat efficient and very helpful. Also Adam Saunders was great to work with and fast to respond to any question. Highly recommend Martino Hvac.

    Daikin Ductless System

    I had the system install, the installer were efficient, neat, cleaned up would never know they were here. Explained and showed me how the system worked. I had problem with the wiring some of the plugs they used came loose. Called made app't came corrected the problems. Its been working beautifully. Would recommend them highly very satisfied with the job they did.

    Replaced oil furnace with new natural gas furnace

    We needed to replace our furnace with a more effienct furnace. So my we shopped around and found Martino Hvac service. A young company with friendly knowlabke staff. Very approachable people. Work is done with a crew that everyone has a job and they know how to do it. This company iI would recommend to anyone. You get excellent service in an timely manner.
