    Heating / Cooling

    I am finishing my basement and required advice on how to best configure HVAC and Ducts to ensure that Heating and Cooling system would operate at optimal levels. They completed a initial site visit and provided advice on how to set up HVAC system. Extremely knowledgeable! They sent out technician nameed Jeff, he was amazing and completed all the work in one day.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    I called Adam on a Monday morning to discuss a new air conditioner installation at our new home. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. I signed the contract back by Tuesday, Adam had this air conditioner installed The very next day. The installers were promptly on time and had everything running by the afternoon.     Heating

    The heating system in my new built house was installed by Martino HVAC company. They were in my house twice during the warranty period, both times for high tuning of the equipment. I can not comment on the results, they will be more obvious when the heating season starts. But the employee that serviced our house was very professional and efficient during his visits. The order desk service was also impeccable. I want to add that I spoke on phone to one of the professionals from the company because I had a general question regarding the furnace. I received the most detailed and satisfactory consultation. Thanks!

    Air Conditioning

    The Martino team did an excellent job installing our 4 ton 14 sear Goodman AC unit, they are very professional, take the time to explain things and their workmanship is outstanding.

    service

    I have used Martinos since i bought the house as they were builder's installers for furnace, and HVAC. I purchased AC from them and Furnace then i have service plan with them. The technicians are very professional and i have had no problems all these years. their regular news letters are very useful.

    HVAC Set-Up

    Martino HVAC was extremely helpful and thorough, both through email upon first contacting for service and that thoroughness continued during the service as well. We also called after the initial visit regarding a concern and a tech visited and provided knowledgeable feedback.

    HVAC Maintenance/ Service Package / Ecobee 3 Installation

    Martino HVAC sent a very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced technician who provided me with valuable information to help keep my HVAC in top running condition:-)) I would highly recommend Martino HVAC to everyone in the GTA!

    A/C Installation

    We purchased a new home and reached out Martino HVAC for a quote. I dealt with Adam Saunders and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease and professionalism. He was able to explain the differences in the different models and made a good recommendation. The installation went very well. The installers worked diligently and were very professional. I would highly recommend Martino HVAC.

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    We had Martino HVAC install an air conditioner and humidifier in our newly built home. We received great customer service from Adam and on the installation day. The install took about four hours and the technicians worked neatly, were very helpful and answered all our questions. I highly recommend these guys!!

    Air conditioner and Humidifier Installation!

    Martino HVAC was a pleasure to work with. Their installers were very professional and friendly and made sure I was aware of what they were doing at all times and how to operate the AC and humidifier after installation. There was a slight problem during the morning of installation when the initial AC unit was too large for my house but the installers notified the office immediately and got me a new unit within one hour! JP also assisted me with the AC and humidifier choices and which would be best for my home. Overall an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!
