    Dishwasher installation

    Ricks Appliances lives up to their reputation .Rick came out the next day much earlier than expected which was a great help. Our dishwasher was in place but needed to be setup with water and power hookup . This was done in a very professional and courteous manner. Rick exceeded our expectations in every category, I will definitely use this company for any future appliance servicing.

    Washer service

    Fantastic service. I have used them for various repair and have always been pleased with their punctual service and repairs. I have also suggested them to others and they were all extremely pleased. Honest and reliable. Thank you Rick and Ravi

    Kenmore Elite Front Load Washer Repair

    Rick showed up the same day I called, he was well prepared with mask, gloves and shoe covers. He was courteous, explained everything as he was performing the repair and even cleaned up behind our washer which wasn't even part of his job. Our washer is working like new again. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!! Thank you so much Rick!!!

    Excellent service

    Great service. Rick came and helped us with our dishwasher. Mask and gloves all the time. Very happy.

    Wonderful Appliance Repair Service

    Our seven year old KitchenAid refrigerator was leaking and called the manufacturer's repair service. Previous to calling them, I had gathered some information related to the source of the problem on the internet. In speaking with manufacturer's customer service, I intuitively knew that it was going to be a hassle. Visited HomeStars. Called Rick Appliance Repair and within 24 hours the problem was fixed. Friendly, professional service. Technician arrived with replacement part in hand. No hassle. Will call them again in the future.

    Oven not heating

    Our oven is old and since we have not budgeted to buy a new one, we needed to have it repaired. Searched HomeStars and left messages to 3 service providers. Rick called back a few minutes and he replied to my questions, on Covid protocols (right set up) and expected cost (within my budget) and he will be able to fix it on the same day. He arrived within the time frame he gave, replaced the item and checked all that needs to be checked. He was thorough and cleaned up the work area. The oven is working and we are grateful that he saved us some money and Rick now has a customer who will be a repeat one.

    LG Washer Repair

    Have an LG washing machine that stopped spinning properly. Gave Rick a call late on a Friday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning with the part in hand. In and out in half an hour and the machine was back up and running. Amazing service!

    Older Sears Kenmore Gas Range Igniter

    Older Kenmore Gas Range Igniter issue. Service was fast as quoted no surprises. A father and son business that has the right stuff. The son showed up with a mask, gloves and removed his shows at the door. He was on his way in less than 40 minutes. Your business card is a keeper. I was pleased that a Sears brand that is no longer in production can be renewed to bake another meal or two.

    Thay were amazing .service and on the phone .right on time as they promised .job was done cleaned after they were done the job .most importantly they were gloves,shoes covers and mask .great job .thanks Rick and his team

    Kenmore Dryer Repair

    During this very difficult time, Rick responded efficiently to my request to repair my Kenmore dryer. He was considerate knowing this is a tough time for many.
