    Fridge repair

    Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient when he fixed our fridge. When we contacted him with our problem, instead of coming out and charging a diagnostic fee, he patiently helped us troubleshoot and fix the fridge over the phone (free of charge). A few months later when the problem happened again, we contacted him again and he suspected that we needed a new control board, so when he came to confirm the issue he came prepared with the control board and was able to replace it quickly there and then. I’m typically cautious when hiring services in fields that I’m unfamiliar with (e.g. handyman, mechanics etc.), but Rick seemed genuine and to-the-point with fixing the issue. Will hire him again in the future.

    1st Class Service

    Wow! If you need appliance repair rest easy, call Rick and his team. No nonsense straight shooters with electronic payment terms available. I almost got caught by using a same day service guy, that asked me no questions about my problem, make or model of washer but a guy could be at my house in 1.5 hrs. Imagine, what a useless exercise that would have been. Instead, Rick asked about my problem, requested the make and model of the washer. I called Christmas Eve, they came Friday morning at 11:00. They confirmed the issue, got the part from the car, and were out before noon. Washer was finally spinning again. They even left me the broken part and replaced with a reinforced one. Transparency, honesty and trustworthy. That is what business is made on.

    Refrigerator control board replacement

    I called Rick Appliance Repair after another repair service checked and didn't think there was a problem. Rick came in the timeframe noted, was friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable! He was able to complete the control board repair quickly. He made sure the fridge was running properly and explained routine maintenance that will help keep it running well. I feel confident in the repair and have peace of mind. I won't be calling anyone else! So glad I called Rick Appliance Repair.

    Dryer fix

    Dryer making noises. Sent in a request and was called within the hour to schedule an appointment. Came prepared with the part as he has experienced the same type of dryer doing the same thing. Thanks.

    Dishwasher Install

    I called Rick on a Friday and he was able to come on Monday to install my new dishwasher. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived on time. He carefully disconnected and removed the old dishwasher and placed it outside where i requested. The install went very smoothly. Rick is a very pleasant man who was happy to answer any questions i had and the job was done quickly and perfectly. I have run the dishwasher ( kitchenaid 354ESS) a few times and i am totally satisfied. Rick also fixed a loose handle on my kitchenaid fridge that we were unable to tighten. He quickly saw the problem and fixed it at no charge.

    Fridge repair

    Rick repaired our fridge last week. I found him to be very professional, arrived on time. Was knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend him highly and will call him for sure for any appliance repair.

    Washer Repair

    My (very old) washer stopped working in mid-load. Rick came out and was familiar with common problems with this brand. He picked up a part and came back the next day and was able to get it up & running. He also showed me his part price online. Plus my dog really liked him! I was very happy with his service.

    Dryer Repair

    Rick has visited our home on several occasions when we have required appliance repair. He is responsive, reliable and provides excellent customer service. Repairs are done efficiently and with an honest approach to fixing the problem at hand. I would recommend Rick to anyone who is in need of reliable repair to any appliance!!     Appliance repair

    Rick was great! We have asked for his help several times now and each time Rick was very quick, polite, and very knowledgable. He gave us advice on if it would be better to repair our broken appliance or to buy a new one which I really appreciated. I would highly reccomend Rick's company to anyone looking for fast, fair and quality service.

    Freezer Repair

    When our freezer stopped working this summer we called Rick Appliance Repair based upon Homestars reviews and ratings. Rick promptly returned our call and was able to make himself available the same day after we expressed the urgency of the situation. We found Rick to be very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and restored the freezer to its normal working order. He also gave us very good tips and advice on what we should do to stop or minimize the risk of the situation occurring again. I recommend Rick Appliance Repair if you are looking for a reliable appliance repair service.
