stove repair
Excellent service! Our stove stopped working on the weekend and I reached out to Rick who was quick to reply. He came out on Monday at the arranged time and was able to replace the part required on the spot. I will highly recommend Rick to family and friends.

Refrigerator Repair
Had a leaking tube that supplied the automatic ice making machine within the refrigerator. Rick made a quick assessment and was able to fix the problem in its entirety. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and tidy in his approach. Offered some tips to ensure ongoing maintenance would extend life of the appliance. Solid choice for your appliance repair needs!

washing machine
He was fast. Got the parts same day and fixed same day. This was very helpful as I was dealing w tenants. Reasonable priced. Very happy!

Dryer repair
We called Rick and he quickly scheduled us in. Called and showed up when he said he would. He came prepared and was able to deal with the issue immediately. Even took the time while the dryer was open to service more than just the issue at hand as a preventative measure. Honest, straight forward and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use his services in the future if needed.

Bosch Dishwasher Repair
Our Bosch dishwasher sprung a leak and I called Rick to take a look. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue (leaking internal water valve). He had the part already on hand and the repair was made. Both Rick and his son were very pleasant to work with.

Refrigerator too cold.
As far as I can tell, being a technician for 30 years on everything but refrigeration all I needed was instruction on how the controls worked. I don't believe the module failed but they replaced anyways at inflated parts and labour rates. I will never use your company again and I will definitely not recommend your company.

Dishwasher Repair
I am very impressed with Rick Appliance Repair. I called them on a holiday Monday expecting to leave a message, but the phone was answered promptly by Rick who indicated he would be able to look at my dishwasher, which seemed to have no power, the following afternoon. He was as good as his word: he and his son Ravi arrived exactly when expected, determined that the problem lay with wires improperly capped, not with control panel issues, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced; I would not hesitate to contact them again for any appliance repair.

Dishwasher repair
Had to use Rick's appliance repair on 2 occasions in the past couple of months. Both times, the experience was great. The first time, my washer was no longer tumbling....Rick came by, diagnosed the problem and fixed it under 1 hr. (cost with parts was $150). On the second occasion, my dishwasher was dead. Rick took it apart, determined it was the control panel and board and recommended I purchase a new one (cost was $60) Rick is quite professional and polite, he does not come across as a know-it-all and is very prompt. On both occasions, he called before the actual appointment time to see if he could come by earlier. He works quickly and takes care with property, ensuring that the work area is clean afterwards. Would highly recommend

Dish washer and fridge repair
My dishwasher was dead. It made noise, but wouldn't do anything. Rick came by and quickly diagnosed the problem as a kink in a drainage hose installed by our kitchen renovators. He fixed it and the machine works like new again. While he was here, he reattached a troublesome freezer handle.

Dryer repair
Rick was available at a moments notice and repaired our dryer in a couple of hours. He was on time, had the parts available to complete the repair (rather than provide a separate service call to estimate). Professional and friendly.
