    Stove top repair and dishwasher

    This is our second time calling Rick to our home for a repair. He came on time and with an apprentice being his son. The first time was for our Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and this past week was for a non working burner on our same make stove. He was honest, timely and personable and his son joining the family business, we would welcome them into our home anytime and will be the first repair service we call in the future. We highly recommend Rick as we have to many friends and family. A&J Tiernay

    Refrigerator Repair

    My 8+ year old refrigerator was not cooling properly. Gave Rick a call and he was in the next morning with a replacement part. It's been over a month since the repair and the refrigerator is still working great. Would highly recommend Rick. I was pleased with his efficiency, honesty, technical knowledge and patience in answering my questions.

    Dryer making lots of noise and only 3-4 years old.

    My dryer was making a very loud noise. Over the phone, Rick thought that it could be the drum and the part would cost approximately $110.00 When he arrived to do the repair he found that it was just some lint - well maybe a lot of lint - that was causing the problem. The lint was removed, he replaced some clamps and left a happy customer. Rick was efficient, courteous tidy, patient answering all my question AND HONEST. It is so nice to find someone who is honest. Would I have Rick back for a repair? YES I WOULD!

    dishwasher repair

    We had used a previous repair service and they were not able to fix the problem. Rick found what the problem was and was able to repair it quickly. Great service!

    Fast, friendly efficient

    Dishwasher stopped working. Made an appointment on Sunday Rick and Ravi came Tuesday. They assessed and determined the problem. Showed me the issue and recommended the fix. They also suggested things I could do to make my dishwasher more efficient. In and out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this company. COst included service call and a new part.

    Fixed dryer in one visit

    The heat stopped in our dryer, talked to Rick on the phone. I told him the make and model and he was able to fix the dryer on one visit. We were happy with the service and the turnaround time of 4 days.

    Refrigerator beeping

    Rick was actively responding my requests with suggestions. He suggested me to turn off the water before he came. When he realised that it might involved a control board problem he asked me to connect Whirlpool directly. I would strongly recommend Rick & Co. to whose who have appliance problems.

    Washing machine repair

    Rick was very quick to respond to my inquiry and arrived as we agreed. He looked at my machine and explained what was wrong. Unfortunately I can't comment on how well he fixed the machine as he told me it was not going to be worth the cost of repair. I was charged a reasonsble amount for his visit. I totally appreciate his honesty and will most definitely call on him again should the need arise.

    Washing machine

    He fixed exactly the problem of my washing machine which the first company I called they charged me too much money and didn't fix at all. I will recommend this company 100% to my friends and family. Thanks Rick

    Washer service
