    Fridge repair

    Rick came the same day to repair our fridge in July. The freezer portion was fine but the bottom wasn't cooling along with a water leak at the back of the fridge. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and replaced the defrost timer. I'm happy to report that the fridge seems to be on the cool road to recovery. Thank you, Rick Appliance Repair!

    AC

    Came in within a day of trying to book an appointment. Took their time figuring out the issue, even corrected some of the wiring I did from a smart thermostat install. Explained what the issue with the AC was, and provided different options. Reasonable price too.

    Fridge/Freezer

    Rick graciously told me that there is no use repairing a 15+ yr old fridge freezer not working most probably due to the compressor after I asked his professional opinion by email before coming out.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Our KitchenAid refrigerator's lower freezer compartment was leaking water onto our floor. Rick was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and came the next day. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our fridge was located in a compact space, and difficult to gain access to for the repair. Rick got the job done well, and his fees were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick to a friend or neighbour, or to call him again in the future. Thanks !

    Dishwasher...again

    7-year-old Samsung DMR78 dishwasher. The upper rack hangers for this model have a tendency to break off incrementally and small plastic bits get past the filters & jam the motor. Rick identified the potential problem, took the dishwasher motor apart to get at the bits that were jamming the works and corrected the problem. Quick. Available. On-time. Professional. Reasonable price. When the next problem arises, Rick'll get the call.

    Fridge Repair

    Rick is The Best. I thought we might be in big trouble, but Rick fixed the problem and gave me some great tips to help prevent future issues. A HomeSuperStar!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Our dishwasher was gradually getting the dishes less and less clean until it became basically useless. Called a few places that said the problem could be this part or that part but Rick's experience showed, as he said he didn't think it was the parts, given that they don't wear out so quickly, and that it was probably an issue with clogging. And he was right! He cleaned it out and now the dishwasher runs like new. Rick was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He charged what he quoted and I would definitely use him again.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Our washing machine was giving off a burning smell so we called Rick Appliance Repair. He had already suspected that the rubber belt could be burnt and brought the part with him. He was very professional, came on time, and fixed our appliance. He also took the time to clean out the dryer vent, which was very nice of him. So I would definitely recommend this company.

    He fixed my dryer!

    My dryer was making a crazy metal-on-metal noise. I called Rick on Wednesday - and he came today. He was fast, efficient, and his rates are reasonable. Best of all, he fixed my dryer!!

    Fixing Appliance

    Fast to come. And quick to fix it. Rick has fixed both my dishwasher and washing machine. I highly recommend him.
