My fridge broke. Rick had great online reviews. I call and Rick came out within a few hours. Rick was very professional, knowledgeable and arrived ontime. Rick was honest and was able to repair the fridge. He was honest about whether we should fix the fridge or purchase a new one. Price was compareable. I was glad Rick was able to fix the fridge. I would reccommend him and would also use him in the future if needed.

Rick was on time and very quickly installed the brand new dishwasher. The cost for the service was reasonable $80 for installation + $40 parts. We think Rick did a good clean job!

No mater what the problem whether it's refrigerator, oven or washing machine, when I call him he is there the same day or the next following day to fix the problem. I would recommend this company to any one including family.

I sent Rick a message in the evening. Within 12 hours he had replied, was extremely polite/professional, and appeared at my door within the suggested time. He was able to squeeze me in between a couple other appointments he had. Within about 45 minutes he had the problem with my ancient dryer solved and even completed a thorough clean-up behind the machine, the vents, etc. I generally don't write reviews, however, he certainly deserves one. we had issues with our Kenmore fridge, that it would not stay cold. We contacted Rick after finding him on this site. He was quick to respond. It was an intermittent issue, but he stayed in touch and he had us try a couple of things to recreate the issue. Once he figured it out, he was excellent in the service and turn around time as well as cost. We would have had to wait weeks for Sears since it was out of warranty. He made sure he found the problem so not to charge for parts or services that were not necessary. available on short notice, professional, reasonable costs.

Thank you Rick for being on time and helping me sort out whether the soot-covered appliances could be repaired, replaced or simply just cleaned after the fire. Hopefully I won't need your services again, but I will keep your card and definitely refer you to other clients, friends and family.

My dryer was not tumbling. Rick quickly found the problem and replaced the belt. He was very helpful and professional and it was much cheaper than buying a new appliance. Thanks for the service!

Dryer on the blitz and only one day available to have someone come by. Rick was willing to re-arrange his schedule to accommodate us and within two hours of my call the dryer was fixed. THAT is excellent service plus competent, careful repair.

My Samsung dryer was not heating and I had to get it fixed soon as I had family visiting. The warranty company had no appointment for 2 weeks just to identify the issue. Luckily I found AC Appliance Repair on HomeStars and decided to call them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and he showed up right on time. He opened the unit and tested few parts and found out the part which I suspected was faulty (heating element) is fine instead the real issue was the transistor. Luckily he had it with him and was able to replace it right away. He also gave me a discount on the Service Call amount as he was already in the area. Overall I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to friends/family.

My fridge and freezer quit. I was referred to AC Appliances and a rep was at my house the same morning as my crisis arose. The work was quickly, effectively, and affordably. I will definitely call them again if I need appliance work done.
