Would highly recommend this company! I needed a repair asap and they fit me in which I appreciated. Arrived when they said they would and were efficient and friendly. Our problem was fixed in no time and prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again! A company you can trust.

I chose AC Applicance Repair based on the glowing reviews I read on Homestars. I can honestly say from personal experience that those reviews are 100% accurate. Rick responded to my initial "after hours" call for help on a Saturday night within 20 minutes and I was able to book an appointment with him the following Monday afternoon. He physically inspected the washing machine, observing the problem first-hand by doing a load of laundry and then running an exhaustive diagnostic on the machine. And although the diagnostic indicated that the control panel had failed, somehow Rick running the diagnostic had reset the panel and now the machine works like a charm. Rick had fixed it and saved me costly replacement parts or even having to replace the machine! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick to my friends and family and in fact I've already told several people about this experience. When the time does eventually come to replace my washer/dryer, I already know who I'm going to call for installation -- Rick Saran!!!

Excellent service, fast and reliable. Rick repaired my Whirlpool Dryer (heating element) and Washer (door). Call or leave a text message regarding problem and the make and model of your appliance and he will give and honest opinion and repair quote. I recomended him to family and friends.

Called and Rick came out asap. He was able to diagnose and repair my dryer in less than an hour. Very courteous and efficient. Would definitely call him again if any applicance needs repair and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Rick is a super nice, came in to fix the stove for our rental unit, and confirmed the machine needs to be replace. i was late for my appointment, but rick waited for us. i will call rick again for sure.

Wow, fabulous service. I called Rick in a panic as I needed my washer repaired. He came over very quickly. We were getting ready to fly out of the country and needed to do some washing before we could pack. Although Rick confirmed the machine needs to be replaced he got it working long enough so I could get my clothes washed and packed. Great, fast, courteous and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call Rick again next time I need an appliance serviced.

Rick is simply the best! Purchased a new dishwasher and with no hesitation called him up to install. He was thorough, professional and timely...when he gives you a time, he's there! Dishwasher was installed and he even walked me through the instructions....thanks again Rick...we'll be in touch soon!

I called yesterday afternoon and Rick was able to come by first thing this morning. He was very punctual, super polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Our fridge was repaired much faster than with previous companies, he gave us a good price, and he explained exactly what was wrong, what caused it to break, and how he was going to fix it. I highly recommend Rick and his company.

Called for a repair to the oven of a Kitchenaide gas stove which had stopped working. RIck was knowlegeable, service was efficient and cost reasonable. Would use AC Appliance again and recommend to others
