In the past month, we had our entire house painted by the CertaPro painters. Once we had made the decision, I researched painters in the area and found that CertaPro was highly recommended. Now that it is done, I know that the reviews I read were true and that CertaPro provided the very highest quality of service.
It began with the initial visit by Etienne Dupuy – his evaluation and job proposal was thorough and responded to our wishes; he was pleasant, personable and very polite. Once we made the decision to give them the contract, the job was scheduled and the two painters, Mathieu and Joey, arrived on schedule. Mathieu had contacted me the day before to confirm his arrival the next morning. Mathieu reviewed the project, ensured that the plan met our expectations and got to work right away. We are retired, so that we were in the house while they were working; Mathieu reviewed the progress at the end of each day, and advised me of the plan for the next day or two.
We could not have asked for better workers than Mathieu and Joey – they were both very pleasant, polite and very respectful of us and our house. They were very professional, and they were very demanding of the quality of their services – they pointed out minor defects that we would never have picked up. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day so that we did not feel that we were living in a construction site.
When the work was done, Mathieu did a “walk through” of the house and ensured our satisfaction; he informed us that, should we notice any problems in the coming days or weeks, we should contact the CertaPro office so they could come back for touch-ups.
Overall, the entire experience was a 9.5/10!
