We had our wood deck power-washed, sanded, and stained with two coats of semi-transparent stain by CertaPro. They were selected because they had the lowest bid. When it looked like it might not be possible to complete the job in the original timeframe CertaPro had proposed, the franchise owner stepped in to do the job personally. He took the time to explain every step of the process, and the pros and cons of various options; I never felt like I was being up-sold to a more expensive option. When the colour on a few boards came out lighter than the rest, CertaPro invested additional time fixing the problem and ensuring the job was completed to our satisfaction. And they even stained some vertical posts which were not included in the estimate at no extra charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this very professional contractor.

CertaPro is without doubt the most professional home painting service I’ve ever dealt with. Without having to ask, they took into consideration the protection of our flower beds, the safety of our children and family dog, and our professional work schedules. They also did an amazing job. It all started with a detailed consultation which included bringing on site the factory representative of the paint brand CertaPro was recommending to apply to the Stuco on our 120-year old home.

We purchased ane w home last summer and had been painting most of it ourselves Then we had to do the lower level, and did not want to spend our weekends prepping and painting anymore. Certapro came in and had 3 rooms done in 2 days,two coats and all the trim. It was great. On time and very neat work. Paint included in price. Well worth it! We spent more time talking about when we were going to do the basement ourselves and just kept putting it off Wish we had called Certapro sooner.

I was more than pleased with service and final product. The service was professional, exceptional actually, and punctual. We had the entire house painted - top to bottom - ceilings as well. The cost included material, and we found it very reasonable. I would recomment, and have told others about this company, and will continue to do.

The job was done on time and it was definitely a no muss no fuss event. I appreciate a proper clean up and a hassle-free job. The contract was concise and complete so both parties knew what the job was. They showed up on schedule and were done when they said they would be done.
