    Home Renovation Flooring & Stairs

    A big thank you to Rajan, Mesh, Kai, Aaron, and the rest of the gentlemen at Ideal Stairs who worked tirelessly to complete the installation of hardwood floors & stairs in our home. Rajan and Mesh were really fantastic. They were very accommodating when it came to outlining the specifics of the job, going over any potential uncertainties, and ensuring that everything would be completed in a timely manner. We came in with a rush job with a hard deadline, and they outpaced it right from the get go. Their experience in this sphere really came through, and I cannot praise their professionalism enough. Rajan, in particular was very much involved throughout the entire process. In addition to being on site very often to inspect and ensure quality control, he always did us the courtesy of keeping us in the loop via telephone at regular intervals. Really great customer care! Kai, who was directly responsible for the installation of our flooring was exceptionally hard working and we're really ecstatic about how great everything looks. So a big thank you! We really appreciate all the effort that you put into your work! All the guys who came were polite, approachable, and displayed the utmost professionalism. They were particularly accommodating when it came time to shift the innumerable household objects to and from, zone to zone. Throughout the job, we did have a few change requests, and like any large job there were a few spots that needed a bit of extra attention, but I'm happy to say that Rajan personally saw to it that every single one of our concerns was addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ideal Stairs (and Floors!) to any prospective customers, and it is more than likely that when it comes time to redo the basement that I will be calling on them once again. Thanks again to the team at Ideal Stairs!

    New Stairs and Railing

    Ideal Stairs exceeded our expectations for this stair project in every way possible! We had an ugly (and not very safe) staircase that is now beautiful and safe solid oak! Mesh and Rajan were very accommodating from the outset. They worked with us to stay within our budget and they agreed to complete the railing with the materials that I had originally purchased when this was a DIY project (I ran out of time and patience for a DIY so I called the pros!!). My wife and I are VERY happy with the results. The work was done quickly and care was always taken to keep the work area clean. I would recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone!! Thanks for a job very well done!!

    Hardwood flooring, including stairs, sales and installation

    Mesh, Rajan and team did a great job, from proposal and follow up questions through carpet removal and very professional installation of stairs and hardwood flooring. The team worked hard to hit a pre-holiday season deadline and even cleaned up nicely. The guys also provided great value-added support with moving some of the larger pieces of furniture. We recommend you consider Ideal for your stair and flooring project. Well done guys!

    STAIRCASE RENOVATION

    "IDEAL STAIRS" INSTALLED HARDWOOD IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM, IN THE UPPER HALL LANDING AND RENOVATED OUR ENTIRE STAIRCASE. FROM THE BEGINNING THROUGH TO THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE WORKERS WERE HIGHLY SKILLED, POLITE AND DILIGENTLY CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EACH DAY. MESH CALLED DAILY TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING AND TO RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS WE MAY HAVE HAD. THE RENOVATIONS ADDED TO THE BEAUTY AND VALUE OF OUR HOME. MY THANKS TO MESH AND TO THE WORKERS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! I WOULD RECOMMEND "IDEAL STAIRS" WITHOUT RESERVATION. JAMES & ROSE

    Gorgeous new railing!

    Amazing job! I can't believe how beautiful my home looks as a result of the new railings installed. My small house has been transformed into a modern updated space with such a gorgeous accent! The railings are visible to the whole main floor and have made a huge difference! What a pleasure it has been to deal with Mesh and the team!     Carpeted Staircase Recapped Stained/Painted

    I had a carpeted staircase, with oak spindles, banisters and nosing. I contacted 3 different companies before finally deciding to use Ideal Stairs. So glad I did. I am a perfectionist, and I can tell you that Bahi did an amazing job of staining, painting, all the trim work, as well as the additional cove moulding I requested underneath each tread. Bahi and Kanna were always punctual, worked very hard, and very pleasant to deal with. Mesh also followed up every day they were there, to make sure all went as planned. From start to finish it was a great experience, and I would not hesitate referring them to anyone contemplating a remodel. Staircase looks beautiful, and will update with pictures once the remaining renovations are completed.

    Old carpeted stairs , railings and pickets renovated .

    We choose Ideal Stairs to renovate our existing staircase and extremely happy we did. Mesh was a pleasure to deal with. He always took the time to explain the process to us and answer any questions we had completely. Rajan , the project manager was also very helpful throughout the process. The guys that did the work always showed up on time and , were very polite and the work they did exceeded all our expectations. We love the new staircase and would highly recommend Ideal to anyone considering having their stairs renovated Rod & Sharon

    Awesome company and great service

    Mesh and Rajan are fantastic and they put so much work into making sure that were completely satisfied. They went above and beyond to match the stain on the stairs to our hardwood, which was hard to do. They also took the time to tighten our creaky staircase from underneath to make sure the stairs not only look great, but are also nice and silent. A pleasure to deal with and always available to talk and discuss any aspect of their work.

    Stairway to Heaven!

    Love love love my new staircase! Work was done week of Aug 21 2017. I had been putting off doing this project for many years. I had your typical honey coloured staircase with carpeting. I have to admit I was scared about the outcome. I wanted the modern 2 tone dark treads and white risers with new pickets etc. My fears about doing this project were unwarranted. I would highly recommend Ideal Stairs!!!!
