Reply created 9 Dec 2017Hi mr kumar You just called me yesterday and tell me your humidifier in your home not working. And you have ten year part and one year labor your humidifier install 3 years ago . Last year t-state was broken and we change it with no cost because when my tech was there this happen . Last winter and summer you have problem with humidifier and you did not calling us. Last night you called me and told me you have problem with humidifier and want me to send another tech to fix it with no charge.. and I told you have to charge you for labor and you asking for no charge I told you I can come by myself this weekend to fix it not charge then you start to tell me the bad word and I don't think you did the right think but you are my old customer and i always I respect you I hope every thing is okay with you and still after every thing I can come by myself this weekend to fix your humidifier with not charge and aging I don't think I did any think wrong.
