Team did a great job on removing the old furnace and professionally installed the new one also have done the testing of all other related equipments to make sure everything completed successfully with a very responsible manner. We really appreciate their professional work and will recommend them to our family and friends.

Direct Air's representative was very patient with my queries regarding the various furnace products they represented. He distinguished which product he thought would be best for my needs. The installation team if two worked hard and relatively quickly to install the new furnace safely and professionally. They also explained quite a few things to me during the installation.

My first contact with Jack. All I wanted was a service maintenance call on my furnace. He didn’t try Up sell me. He worked around my schedule for the service call. The service man “Nami” came right on time. He was very knowledgeable and did thorough job. He also took the time to explain what he did and I was very interested in learning about it. From our first phone call to the completion of our furnace and air conditioning installation, Jack & his team provided exceptional customer service. Jack was very knowledgeable answered all our questions and provided recommendations. Throughout the installation his team protected all the floor coverings, they cleaned up and removed all garbage as well as all the old equipment. Jack and his staff provided great service and were very professional.

Jack and his crew were great.Jack is very personable, efficient,quick to return calls, really the whole deal. He addressed any concerns or questions I had,we agreed on a fair price for both my Lennox AC system (last spring) and now my Lennox home heating system today. Installation dates and procedures were both punctual and efficient.Jack's installer Mohamed and his assistant went out of their way to address installation concerns I had. Job done was thorough and clean. I would recommend Direct Air to anyone.Overall a satisfying experience.
