The AC finally when after 16 years on the hottest day of summer, Jack over the phone was able to quote a price and took the initiative to call the supplier to ensure there was stock available for the unit. In the end I replaced both the furnace and AC together, Jack was honest about what was needed, did not try and up sell, transparent and competitive on pricing. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various products and answered my questions throughout non business hours. He was very responsive. The team was equally excellent, 7 hours in and out, polite and professional, left the place clean and tidy and provided instructions on use and maintenance. I did lots of homework ahead of time and still learned a lot dealing with Jack.

Our AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. Called and spoke to Jack who came out to check it within hours of call. AC unit needed to be replaced. Install was completed yesterday morning (less than 48 hours after a/c broke). Installer were polite, efficient and clean. I have dealt with this company for my furnace install about 5 years ago and have been dealing with them for maintenance ever since. Highly recommended. Jack is quick to answer and help and that's important when your are in the middle of a heatwave or in the middle of very cold weather. Thanks Jack.

Not only did Jack call back promptly, they were able to come the same day to install our new air conditioner! The crew that installed our ac were very professional and worked fast. A couple of weeks ago we had a couple of really hot days and I noticed that my AC was not turning on. I reached out to Jack on a Saturday and he was extremely helpful in talking me through a few things to check out and if still not working, that he will order the appropriate part and be over on Monday. Jack showed up on Monday, talked me through the issues, made the repair and we were up and running and ready for the next heat wave. Really appreciated Jack's responsiveness and time he took to talk be through some things i could check and ensure i maintain throughout the season. Great service.

Just had a Lennox Air Conditioner installed by Direct Air Systems . Very happy with the service and online quote from Jack ( during Covid ) Technicians were great, it was raining so they even placed out tarps in our basement were they needed to walk.
