I'm very happy with the job done by Direct Air Systems. They help me with new furnace and humidifier. The installation was quick and they cleanup area when finish. I would recommend Direct Air Systems to anyone needing new furnace (or tankless water heater - replaced by Direct Air Systems about 3 years ago). Thank you again for your help!

I am very pleased with Jack Shahi and his installation team. Jack's product knowledge especially regarding the specifications of his recommended furnace was detailed and answered all my questions. Our furnace arrived and was professionally installed when promised. They did a very neat job and cleaned up the surrounding area when finished. I would recommend Jack and Direct Air Systems to my family, friends and neighbours!

The guys did a good job. Nice neat installion and they were open to the the details I asked for. They used protection on the floor from the front door to the basement door which was appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant. If anyone in the neighborhood mentions they are planning a furnace or AC replacement I would definitely recommend Direct Air Systems

In the hot days of early August our ( 15 + year ) old air conditioner stopped working and I phoned Jack at Direct Air for a quote. I knew right away this was the company to deal with as they were knowledgeable / helpful and their pricing was great. Jack was able to get the new a/c installed the next day and we were very impressed with the no short cut, professional installation. Jack even followed up with a phone call to see if we had questions or concerns after the installation. Great service and a quality product we would certainly recommend Direct Air systems.

My air conditioner had failed and my heating system was out of warranty. My service provider said that they wouldn't give me a plan because the furnace was a lemon. Jack at Direct Air Systems offered a good deal for a system that was considerably cheaper than my original supplier. After discussing the needs of my family, He was able to come up with the system that I wanted at a reasonable price. Then he went out of his way to deliver the full package within a few days. That is unheard of in today's circumstances! The install was very professional and completed in one day. Hats off to Jack and his very professional crew.
