Eduardo was very friendly and always with the great smile. 3 weeks later the installation was scheduled and within 2 days the installation crew (Eduardo and Victor) did an amazing job installing my windows. No dust was left out, they vacuumed all dirt after installing each window. Also all the windows remaining were cleaned outside of the house. I was very happy with the outcome and the quality of product and the workmanship. I had to go through 6 different companies to get the quote and by far TOTAL HOME was the best in terms of the product, quality, punctuality and the price. The installer was very professional and when he found a small flaw (barely noticeable)in one of the glass pane he brought it to our attention and assured us that it would be taken care of. Within a week we had a representative from the manufacturer TH uses come up to look at the issue and within a week after that we had a brand new door installed. The professionalism and customer service was superlative on all fronts.
