Had a great experience dealing with Vitali and his install team. Vitali knows his products, made a lot of helpful recommendations towards the final decision. Made the process much simpler. The next day, Dimitri came and took all the measurements as promised. The work was done on Saturday May 30. Dimitri and 2 installers worked all day replacing all the windows and front door. they work fast, know what they are doing and take care to the job well and clean up when they are done. Good job on the volume and neatness of the caulking around all the windows. Good job on the caping of the older wooden window frames. The front door installation was well done, I was concerned about caulking and insulation and there were no issues. At one point it started to rain and I had no front door. The install team built a makeshift shelter with tarpaulins to cover the front door opening. They were sure to clean up along the way having their own shop vac. to clean each room as they finished. A separate contractor did the garage door install, good job there as well. I trusted Vitali and his team and would recommend them and/or call on them again.

We selected Total Home Windows and Doors after interviewing salesmen from 4 other companies. Our selection was based on comparing windows quality (based on presentations and search on internet), clarity and reasonableness of answers to our questions, the quote and overall attention to details and punctuality. Total Home was the first company we got and estimate from and after the 4th estimate we knew that there is no point wasting anymore of our time and go with Total Home. The work was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. A few days before the start I was called by Vitaly to confirm the date and time of installation. Installers came on time, with 30 min call before they arrived. It took 1 full day and about 3 hours the next day. They cleaned after themselves and the windows look fantastic. The door had to be installed 2 weeks later because my wife wanted the custom glass that took longer to prepare. However, it was worth the wait - it looks like a million $. We are very happy with choosing Total Home and definitely recommend them.

I chose this company after doing my due diligence and taking 3 separate quotes. I chose them because of their reviews and their price. Bad idea. After sales service is horrible. Anna had promised a warranty on all items installed. I had an extra large 36" front door put in to replace my current 32" door with a side light. The door installers Eduardo and team were professional and good at what they did. However they managed to short out my doorbell wires and it cost me an extra 200 to hire an electrician to fix this. They would not own up to the mistake even after showing them pictures of a nail through the wires. Also the weather stripping at the bottom of the door is tearing apart already, not even a year after the installation. I have called and asked Anna to fix this and never mined Fixing, she or her team hasn't even come to have a look. The garage door was a complete mess. Total Windows and doors does not do the garage doors themselves. They hire a third party contractor (Steven) to do this. The finishing was totally botched and after many times of the contractor returning the garage door is still a mess. The door was installed crooked, the garage door opener was installed on a slant. the caulking around the capping is horrendous. The door makes a lot of noise when opened and almost sounds as if it is going to fall off. Originally no sensors were installed for safety. After calling and complaining the contractor came back to install them. The contractors work is not professional at all. He left a mess in my garage, with screws and bolts everywhere. Whatever you do, DO NOT get a garage door installed by them. To cap it all off I feel the Front main door was ok other than the fact that there is no after sales support. Make sure to check and test everything before they leave. Don't expect any kind of help after they have received your money. And as said earlier, DO NOT get your garage door from them. I feel I wasted $3000 on these guys, don't be fooled by them. Anna Especially. Update... They did come back and fix the issue. The garage door contractor they use had changed now and they have a new guy doing it. He is much better at what he does. Years later, both doors are still holding up well and the quality is good. I will give them a second chance.

Vitaly was very professional and pleasant when he came over to have a discussion and give me a quote on new replacement windows and their installation. He kept his patience and showed no lack of knowledge while answering my questions. The installation crew was amazing, very efficient and effective with each window that they installed, they really put in the extra effort. I would recommend Total Home to anyone who would ask me for a company that replaces and installs windows.
