    Duplex in Killarney 1

    Sokol, was fantastic to work with. He made the process very easy and provided great advice throughout the process. I would recommend National Star to everyone. They also provided the lowest quote, stuck to it, and high quality work. We are very happy with the final product.

    Doug's Roof

    I thought their work was extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. There were a couple small glitches that didn't become apparent until a year after the work was complete but they responded immediately, identified and rectified the problems promptly.

    Rob's House and Garage, Insurance Claim

    Sokol was very professional starting right from the initial estimate to the completion of the job. He took me up on both my roofs and showed me exactly what needed to done. I did not have to wait anymore than a week to have the job completed after booking with Sokol and the National Star crew came in on the Thanksgiving Monday and finished the job in a day. The work was very professional and the clean up during and after was excellent. I would highly recommend National Star Roofing to anyone who was looking to have a roofing job done.

    Shami's family gets a 50 year roof

    Sokol and his team did a great job and were able to get the job done efficiently and on a tight timeline before the snow started flying. They cleaned up well and he even came later and help seal some exposed wood parts on on the roof (and a window) that was outside of the actual roofing fix. We are very pleased with our new roof and hope to get many years of problem free service out of it.

    reroofing of our house

    After having read many reviews about roofing companies on this web side we decided to call three companies to get an estimate done. Sokol from National Star Roofing was the only one interested enough to respond right away and even offered to come the same day. When he came he listened carefully to our wishes and needs. He took his time to inspect the roof and provided a fair estimate, all the time being incredible friendly and professional. Three days later the work was done. A very professional, hard working and awesome friendly crew managed to leave our property as if nothing had happened. Every nail, garbage or cigarette stump was picked up. I could not believe my eyes as this had never happened before whenever we hired someone for renovations. This is the best company we ever dealt with. Thanks to all who worked at our house!

    John's Roof

    Everything was done exactly to spec at exactly the price quoted. Work was done efficiently but not hastily. Every speck of mess was cleaned up. Very, very pleased!

    Re-shingling a leaky roof

    Because our roof leaked 16 years ago we had our shingles replaced by what we thought was a good company, but they had sub-contractors come and do our roof in one day with 3 people. 16 years later and our roof is leaking again. After reading many reviews from many companies I kept coming back to reading more reviews from National Star and like what they where doing so I decided to have them do my roof. Sokol was very informative about what they are going to do and had me on the roof to explain everything that will be done. When they arrived to do the roof they went to work right away and told me that they will work on our house as if it was there own. Several times they had me on the roof to show me what they are doing and what they have done. It took 4 of them 2 day to do the roof and I am still shaking my head from what the other company 16 years ago did not do. When the roof was done everything was cleaned up and it looks great. If anyone needs their roof done call National Star Roofing first you will not be disappointed. This is a family business and they do the work themselves (No Sub-Contractors). Would I recommend them to anyone else, "Absolutely" well done Sokol and your family.

    Reroofed the house

    Our roof was 18 years old, and had just starting leaking a week before we were going away on vacation! National Star came in and gave us an estimate before we left plus a couple of nearby addresses they had recently done. Sokol made himself available to answer all our questions. After reading National's reviews, and looking at their previous projects, we were happy enough to give them the go ahead. They completed the job while we were away, and would not take any payment until we came back and had a look at the workmanship. We are very happy with the service and the quality of work. The roof looks great, doesn't leak, and they did a very thorough cleanup too. We would not hesitate to use National Star Roofing again.

    Roof replacment

    We had to replace our roof (due to a leak) that was done by a custom home builder, 10.5 years ago. Contacted National Star Roofing, and Sokol immediately attended our residence (same day) and did an inspection and gave us a quote. We could have repaired the damaged area only, but the shingles were in pretty bad condition, and for our “peace of mind” and safety of our family, we decided to replace the whole roof. National Star Roofing was able to start work within 3 days, and when they started to take off the roof, numerous deficiencies were noted (i.e. no ice & water membrane, lack of underlayment, no valley metal flashing, no drip edge). Sokol & Aleks assured us, that the new roof will be done right, and that the above mentioned deficiencies will be corrected, with the installation of all of the above mentioned items. Everything was done in 2.5 days (have a bungalow and roof was large), and the roof looks awesome (next door neighbour was also very impressed) and they also cleaned up, making sure everything was clean & tidy. The workmanship is A+, and they were also nice enough to redo the shingles on our garden shed (also with drip edge ). Thank-you Sokol, Aleks, Pasch, Vuk, Anis and the rest of the team, you are all very professional & obviously have a lot of pride in your work, and did a great job.

    Hey Dave. You and your wife are great, Dave. Although it was a substantial sum of money you paid for your roof, trust me, it will pay itself. Looking at the roof before, you would think it is only a couple of years old. Once I inspected it and saw all the material that was missing under the shingles and the way it was installed, there was no other solution but a full replacement. There was no underlay anywhere, no metal on the valleys or drip edge, the sealent had gone on a few areas etc. That roof will now last at least three times what the previous one did.     Roof replacement

    Our roof looks great. We were impressed with the efficiency of the work which was finished in one day. Sokol is very knowledgeable and does extra. The clean up was so thorough he took my huge piles of tree branches from my heavy pruning. I have recommended National Star to my neighbours.
