Flooring
Chris and his team installed flooring which was accomplished with minimum disruption. It was done on time as scheduled and the work was performed meticulously by Chris' men who were very pleasant and helpful when I had questions. I am so pleased with their work that I am considering spreading wooden floors to other areas of the house in the very near future. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Office Upgrades
Remodel Construction did some upgrades in our office this winter: painting, soundproofing in our boardroom and tiling in our office bathrooms. We were impressed with how friendly and professional the team was. We would definitely refer Remodel to anyone that needs work done in their home or workplace; the quality of their work is excellent!

Condo renovation
Loved these guys and the service they provided. Absolutely reliable - 100%. Chris was service oriented and communicable - and was available to address questions whenever I needed him to be. Top notch service provider. Was pleasantly surprised. I've heard reno stories turning out to be a nightmare from others. With Chris, it was a collaboration and I won't hesitate to recommend him and his team in the future to anyone at all.

Deck
Many years ago Remodel Constriction built an elevated deck on the back of my parent's home and it is still in great condition. Chris did a great job. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I would recommend Remodel Construction.

Renovated front entrance
Chris and his crew were a pleasure to deal with -- from their constant updates and communication about the renovations to their friendly and courteous nature. We felt absolutely no stress during the renovations, as we saw and heard how precise and meticulous they are in their work, which ultimately lead to a very polished final product.

Repair of door
We have hired Remodel Construction about 4 times , Work is always very professional , They have helped me out with a small office , File room , Store area , and repair of a door that a courier drove into . Workers are very friendly , clean and professional at their job. I would not hesitate to hire them back for another project. Its been about 6-7 years now that I have known Chris , the projects that they have done for me are still in great shape and functioning properly with little or no signs of wear . I would recommend Remodel to anyone looking at having work done .

bathroom renovation &basement

Remodelling of Office Workstations
The Remodel Construction associates were extremely professional, organized and detailed in their conduct. We had them come in to reconstruct the existing workstations and install a fan in our electrical room in our office and did an amazing job! They finished earlier than their projected deadline and cleaned up after themselves. We would strongly recommend going with Remodel and would use them again in the future for any remodelling work.

Updating toilet & sink in bathroom
I would highly recommend Remodel Construction for bathroom updates. They were professional, competent, on time and came in on budget. They cleaned up the entire area and took away the waste. All in all they did a great job. Thank you Chris for taking care of us at such short notice - my visitors enjoyed the new bathroom.

Condominium Renovation
Recently Chris Clarke, Remodel Construction, completed, in my condo, an extensive renovation. The kitchen project involved everything from removing ceramic tiles and installing engineered hardwood throughout the condo excluding the bathrooms. As well, new cupboards were installed along with undermount lighting. I commend Chris and his team for a job well done. I appreciated the fact that Chris responded immediately to my phone calls and concerns. As well, he talked me through the whole process and gave me much needed direction and advice.
