    Condominium Renovation

    Recently Chris Clarke, Remodel Construction, completed, in my condo, an extensive renovation. The kitchen project involved everything from removing ceramic tiles and installing engineered hardwood throughout the condo excluding the bathrooms. As well, new cupboards were installed along with undermount lighting. I commend Chris and his team for a job well done. I appreciated the fact that Chris responded immediately to my phone calls and concerns. As well, he talked me through the whole process and gave me much needed direction and advice.     Office and Boardroom Renovation

    Chris and his team were prompt, professional and courteous. From the quote to the finished product it was run efficiently and in budget. In addition, Chris was able to add his touches from experience and creativity to take the project to a level we had never imagined. I would recommend Chris for any plant / office / boardroom project. Budgets were established and they were adhered to. Project completion was early and the finished product was amazing. Thanks to Chris and all of his employees for their professionalism, cleanliness and quality.

    Interior wall removal, 2 new doors, new window

    All the work was excellently done and Chris was friendly, punctual, and responsive. We were kept in constant communication about progress or changes, and they left our house very clean at the end of each day. Only minor complaint is the subcontractor they brought in to do brick work asked me to leave the garage door open for him. When it started to rain the subcontractor left the site without informing me and returned 5 hours later to finish the job, leaving the garage wide open and unattended, which contained some expensive equipment, including all of the main contractor's tools. The subcontractor also on more than one occasion left my back gate wide open when he left. We weren't super thrilled with the subcontractor, but he did do very nice brick work and Remodel Construction themselves were fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

I was unaware that our mason had left the garage open and left the site when it was raining and did not tell you. I have addressed this issue with him and he was very apologetic.     Bathroom Reno

    Chris provided me with an estimate for my bathroom renovation, and walked me through the steps in which it would take to create a space that suits me. Once the work began, Chris and his team did an amazing job! Always on time, hard working, and kept me in the loop throughout each step. The final product was absolutly perfect, I could not have asked for a better experience with my first home renovation.

    Basement Renovation

    Remodel Construction was very professional. The team went over and above our expectations. Price was fair, job was completed in a timely fashion and Chris gave us even more then we dreamed of. Excellent job!!!

    Contracting Work

    I have known and worked with Chris for almost 10 years and have found his work to be exceptional! He has always exceeded my expectations in both the quality of his work as well as his responsiveness to my requests. In my opinion, he has always gone above and beyond. I would definitely hire him again AND I would recommend him to anyone who wants a trustworthy, reliable and exceptionally skilled contractor. Thanks Chris!

    Basement Apartment

    Chris and his team did a great job with the design and creating my basement apartment. Work was thorough with great attention to detail and progress updates. Workers were clean, polite, and considerate. I was impressed and extremely satisfied with the quality of work! Thanks Chris.

    Finish Carpentry

    We have been using Chris and his staff for many years to help fill the gaps and take some of the overload when we are overloaded with work. Chris is very knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of construction and pays great attention to detail from start to finish. He and his staff are always punctual, courteous and reliable. Projects are always clean and Tidy. Great Job Guys!

    Redid kitchen

    I was very pleased with Chris’ work. He and his assistant did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. One of Chris’ friends had recommended him to me and it turned out to be a terrific experience. They always let me know what work they would be doing the next day, when they’d be at my house next, and any problems I had were fixed right away. I have already recommended Remodel Construction to other people.

    gazebo and deck

    They came to a place I don't have any longer (this was four or five years ago) and they built a gazebo with a deck underneath it. It was really nice and everybody in the neighbourhood was always complimenting us on it. I thought they were great. When I first had them come over they priced it out and stayed firm on the pricing and they did a great job cleaning up. Definitely a 9 out of 10.
