    New Furnace

    We had a great experience with AccuServ again. Your team was very professional and courteous. AccuServ was very accomodating to our schedule and was able to quickly and efficiently install a new furnace. Thanks for the great service once again!

    Commercial Furnace Repair

    Had a good experience with Accuserv, on the first cold day of winter our commercial furnace malfunctioned. James from Accuserv came by immediately, diagnosed the problem, and while it did take a while to order a new pressure switch, in the interim they did a great job of keeping us informed as well as providing 3-4 space heaters to keep our room warm until the furnace could be repaired. Happy to be working with them!

    Furnace Repair

    I just wanted to thank James and his team- James came out on New Year's Eve to look at our broken furnace. You guys are top notch and helped us out in a bad situation. Because of your great customer service, I'm going to switch my furnace (and AC) maintenance to you guys.

    Emergency gas cap

    The guys were great. They came out and helped me shortly after I called. They were both knowledgeable and since I had no heat they explained everything I needed to do for my plumbing. Definitely will call them again if I have another problem.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night so far this year. A quick text to James got me a quick reply and service appointment. Rahul came and was efficient, pleasant and professional. He had the furnace running in no time. Booking our next appointment was a breeze with a friendly follow up from Vanessa. I didn't think getting my furnace fixed would be so nice. But it was !!

    Prompt and Professional

    You guys were great. I called on a Sunday morning and within an hour James was able to coordinate someone at my house to fix my Furnace! It's working now! Thanx Pnina

    Furnace Servicing

    I called AccuServ late in the evening as my furnace was blowing cold air instead of hot. James answered and was very professional and friendly and arranged for an appointment the following morning, in their earliest slot. AccuServ (Josh) came by the next morning 15 min into the 2hr window I was given (thank you!) and serviced the furnace quickly and professionally, at a good price. And without trying to sell me any products or services, Josh gave me some great tips on how to maintain the furnace and what I can expect from it in the future. Will definitely use AccuServ again. Great job guys! So glad I found you

    heater boiler replacement

    Old heater/boiler failed due to usual builders' shotty corner cutting practices. With a 3 week old newborn this couldnt be a worse timing! Long story short, Aaron, James and Josh were able to push their appointments and accommodate to my urgent needs. 2 days later I now have a new efficient and functional heater/boiler unit! Couldn't appreciate more for the prompt turnaround and friendly customer service guys!

    Gas Fireplace

    We called AccuServ because our gas fireplace was not working. James came by the house and told us we needed a new thermocouple. He was very professional to work with as he clearly explained everything to us. The total cost was much less than I was expecting to pay to fix this problem. Our fireplace works great and we are enjoying it on these cold nights.

    furnace

    I asked James Memije, one of the owner: did the service call fee $99 would be deducted when I go ahead for the repair? He said:"No. It is not going to happen." Then I asked him that last time the service fee was deducted from the final invoice when I went ahead for the installation of new water heater in Feb 2014. James advised that the deduction only applied to new installation. So I called another person in his company, Vanessa, confirming the service call fee $99 would be deducted for BOTH repair and new installation. Also, I called other heating and cooling companies, their answer was the same as Vanessa. James only concerned if I would write a good review for him for the installation of water heater in Feb 2014. But, the good review I wrote was not for him. It was because his partner, Aaron Bond, who is gifted in his work. Aaron's strengh is to identify the problem quickly, to provide options available and to recommend the best solutions most benefit to me. When Aaron works, he becomes an artist that he makes things so beautiful and function so well. Aaron was so busy, I have waited for him 3 weeks, although James was available immediately. I rather used my electric heater then let James came in my property. I need someone passionate about his work, and looking after my best interest for the repair/replacement of my furnace, water heater, fireplace and air conditioning. I would recommend Aaron Bond. Vanessa is a very efficient administrator along with Aaron.
