Have an unexpected leak in the basement pipeline. All plumbers in Toronto are busy working on frozen pipe after the snow storm. The owner showed up within 2 hours as promise. We polite and professional. Fixed all the problem and clean up all the spot. Job well done and I will recommend their services to anyone. I select them because they already have top rating from Homestar.

We had to shut off the water for the entire house due to a leaky faucet shutoff. Found Doctor Rooter company through homestars. Thanks Alex! He arrived promptly within an hour, and did temporary work for a couple of hours, while he would go to the store to get a new faucet to install. I am very grateful to Alex’s cooperation and professionalism; it is hard to find an expert that you could rely on.

Doctor Rooter did waterproofing of the basement in my house a month ago. I have to admit that, from my life experience dealing with all kinds of renovation either house improvements works, I know, that these jobs are noisy, hard and dirty; and require a lot of organization, efficiency and knowledge. And I’ve been afraid that my life would go out of regular pace within this week. But these guys have excellent workmanship; they work fast, clean and neat. It was important for me and my wife as parents to be sure, that guys would not smoke in the house, do their job as clean as possible, won’t disturb my wife a lot, and of course, finish it on time. It was pleasure to deal with them, did not have any problems at all. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Respectful/Knowledgeable/Fair Priced: I've calling numerous companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. Doctor Rooter not only gave me a quote without hesitation but offered to come over within the hour. He took great pride in his work and refused to leave until he was able to complete the job fully. The last plummer said it couldn't be fixed completely and said I would have to call him every 5 weeks. Its refreshing to know there are still companies out there who care about the customer not just the money. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them in the future for any work needed.

Had a clogged drain in the shower, the water almost stayed in there. Have been trying to clean it myself but desperately. So searched for a plumbing company, spoke with three companies representatives and choose Doctor Rooter. We decided to schedule it this evening. I was happy, shower have been working same day. Alex gave me some useful advices. Moreover, he didn’t leave any mess after him, even worked in safety shoes. Very satisfied with his service.

I’ve got a problem recently in my house, in the kitchen and the bathroom upstairs- leaking faucets. The water has been dripping constantly, it’s driving me crazy! But in all this daily grind I never had a chance to take a day off, and finally resolve all little problems around the house, apparently thoughts of running water bothered me only late in the evening. I have never written a review before on home stars, but after the help and service I received from Doctor Rooter I though I would. The project started off with a quick remodel of our 2 peace bathroom. Once I opened it up and took it down to studs I had found lots of issues with the existing pluming hidden behind the walls. So I did what I think most do and opened up Home Stars and read a lot of reviews and pick three. I got a free estimate from each, but decided to go with the Doctor because of there knowledge and expertise. They did the work quickly and efficiently. I was happy and felt like I had made the right decision. Both me and my wife are now deciding when we can have them back in to help with our 3 pc bathroom remodel in our master.
