    Flash Pan Repair / Concrete Tile Leakage

    We were most impressed with the approach, commitment and attention to detail regarding our repair project. Photos of before and after provided for comparison. Highly recommend Crucial Roof Services if you have issues or require repairs to your aging concrete tile roof

It is not always an "open and shut case" and leak finding can be challenging. That is why we always go above and beyond in our efforts. In your case we dealt with a chimney issue on the roof above your leak area. We did that because there was a slim possibility the two issues were connected. We also pride ourselves in giving our customers a little extra in terms of value added services. Again, in your case it was doing the upper roof work at no additional cost.     install new skylights

    This is the second time I have used crucial roof services and once again super happy with the work and service I received. Greg had come out and looked over my roof and explained what was needed to replace 6 skylights with a new much more energy efficient model. The work was done quickly and I appreciate how pictures are sent so you are able to see exactly what is being done on top of your roof. Thanks for another great job crucial roof services. Janice

    Roof repairs

    Greg provides excellent service from the beginning to the end of a job. Today, he went beyond by accommodating our personal circumstances. We have relied on Greg for maintenance, and occasional emergency repairs, on our over-complicated, low slope, aging tile roof for the past 9 years. He has responded quickly every time we needed him, and we have always felt confident that we are getting top-quality work from somebody who knows what he is doing.

    Roof

    I’ve found Greg’s contact through HomeStars. Gave him a call to get a roof assessment as my home inspection report found some concerns with my current roof. Greg came by and did a thorough check of my roof; even took pictures to show me his assessment. In the end Greg gave me his honest feedback that while the roof work was not an “A” grade in craftsmanship, but it is still a functioning roof. He advised that it was not time to do a full replacement yet. His advice allowed me to save a lot of money and gave me a peace of mind. Honesty in any industry will get you a trusted brand and I will definitely give Greg a call when I need work done in the future. Thank you Greg.

    Roof Services

    I have hired Crucial Roof Services to maintain my roof for many years. They are very professional, approachable, honest, and diligent. There's no regret for us to hire them year after year.

    Roof Repair

    I needed a small roof repair. Some asphalt shingles had blown off in a windstorm. Greg and his colleague were very professional and competent in their dealing with me. I would highly recommend Crucial Roof Services. Bob

    skylight replacement

    Last year, my tile roof needed to be serviced and I was referred to Crucial roofing by another peel company. I checked Homestars and there were lots of good recommendations that gave me confidence about dealing with this company, so I called Greg right away. Fortunately, Greg and his crew worked in our area, so they came and finished the job the very same day. Greg is very nice and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions. I was very impressed by the photos he showed me detailing the problem spots in before and after shots. I was very satisfied with their job. In fact, I just called them again to replace my skylight last month. Yes I would like to recommend Crucial as a company you can trust.

    Roof replacement

    My roof was nearing the end of its life and I began to shop around for a roofer. My house has a torch on roof and it's in the Tri-Cities area. I called a dozen roofing companies and the only one that got back to me was Crucial. I had two roofers that called back but people on the phone were just office personnel and not knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. Greg (owner) answered my call and talked to me. Super knowledgeable guy. He went to my place and gave me a good assessment of what I needed....even told me might get another 5 years from my roof. He was personable and gave me a quote a couple days later. Doing business with Greg was awesome. He had a busy schedule and I waited patiently (my roof wasn't leaking so there were other customers who needed roofs more than me) for the crew to arrive. When they did it was done in a flash by Greg and his crew. Super friendly people. The job was done right and efficiently. The price was good and I have nothing but praise for Crucial roofing. If you need a roof, call Greg. You won't be disappointed.

    Gutter repair (hidden gutters)

    Customer service was superb! Everyone from the worker to the manager were great and very professional. Greg went above and beyond keeping me up to date, taking pictures, pointing out problem areas, offering various solutions and coming back to site to ensure all issues with my gutters were addressed. His workers arrive on time and ensured a high quality service/product. Highly recommend this company.

    Replaced old tar and gravel roof with a new torched on roof

    From the beginning Greg conducted himself in a very professional manner. He took time to answer our questions regarding the roof. Once the job began Greg and his team of three other workers were here every morning promptly at starting time. At the end of the day the grounds were left in a tidy manner. The job was completed in one week. This included the finishing. We were very impressed by the quality of the work and would highly recommended this company.
