Greg at Crucial Roof was first recommended to us in 2010 when we needed a new roof in our rental property. We were very happy with the job Crucial did, so were my tenants as Greg personally kept my tenants informed of the work scheduled, as to disturb as little as possible.
Recently Crucial just replaced my own home roof as well. After we spotted a leak and water not draining through the gutter properly, we decided that it was time to replace our older roof. Just as the first time we used Crucial in 2010, Greg was very professional, prompt in answering emails/calls, patiently answered our questions, sent us the before and after pictures promptly so we were able to ask questions and address concerns. Greg was very thoughtful to invite and encourage my husband to go up the roof a few times to address any concern or question we might have, as well as to see the progress of the work being done. Needless to say, my husband was more than happy to go up the roof, this was a very nice gesture in Greg part to invite us to go and check the roof ourselves. The crew was fantastic and seemed to be happy enjoying the job they were doing, in my point of view this is a good sign. As for the price it is competitive, as both time that we have used Crucial services, we have gotten quotes from other two companies. Both times Crucial has done our roofs, the job was done as scheduled and the site was clean at all times After two new roofs done in our houses by Crucial, we have nothing but good things to say about Greg and his crew. I'm trying very hard to think of something negative to say but there is nothing, nothing I can think of! We truly trust Greg, and will recommend him anytime with not hesitation.
