    Ventilation improvement

    Back in October we woke up to wet walls and we called Crucial Roofing. Greg and Randy came over the same day and found the leak coming from a vent and caulked it solving the problem. He made some suggestions to improve the life of our roof and this summer had him replace the vent that had been leaking and also install 5 additional vents to improve the ventilation. We really appreciate his expertise and advice and are so happy that we called on him not only this time but 10 years ago when he replaced a skylight for us. We highly recommend his company.

    Roof Repair

    We are a repeat customer of Crucial Roof Services (3 times now), and we have been more than satisfied each time they attended at our property to perform repairs. They are honest and reasonably priced, and I would definitely call them again.

    Flat roof flooded

    We had a flooded flat roof on the second storey and called Crucial Roof Services. Greg and Randy came out the following day and inspected the roof. They discovered that the downspout had many clogs due to a number of turns in the pipe and also found that the downspout had previously not been installed correctly. Greg and Randy dismantled the entire drain system, removed the clogs and then reinstalled the drain pipe until we are able to get a gutter company to replace the old drain. > Crucial Roof Services will be back to do some roof repair once the roof dries out. > We highly recommend Crucial Roof Services for top notch professional service and timely communications.

    Truly Awesome Experience.

    Greg and Randy were super. Honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. They got the job done. No nonsense and not selling needless work or products. Absolutely 100% satisfied. 100% recommend!

    Roof leaky tiles and sunlight pan flashings

    It has been with great pleasure that we were referred to Greg by another roofer company as we found a true gem. Our first leaky tile started end of 2023 and he came with Randy and fixed it right away with no issues onwards. We were provided useful insights on leak preventions and called them again to provide us with sunlight pan flashings and we are pleased with the results. Dealing with Greg and Randy is not only easy but professional in so many ways including his detailed verbal explanations before the work is done and a follow up email after work presentations. Greg is quick to respond, answer questions and action our roof issues on a timely manner. We became comfortable right away in knowing that they can be truly trusted as they deliver what they sell- good customer experience and satisfaction. It is very rare to find a trusted roofer and we will definitely be running to Greg in all our roof issues. We look forward to dealing with him and Randy again. Crucial Roof Services Ltd is highly recommended.

    Tile Roof Issues and Inspection

    Greg really impressed me with his honesty and his straightforward approach to the problem I had with my roof. Him and his partner Randy went above and beyond explaining how things should work and why they are not working properly in my case. After the inspection, Greg stayed on and spent his time suggesting possible scenarios I could pursue and was extremely helpful in follow up emails. That not only gave me confidence in what steps I should take next but also prevented me from potentially costly trial and error situations. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone because whether you are his client or not - you can rely on his advice which is going to protect your interests. thank you very much Greg!

    Roof Repair

    Gregg has come to do repairs on my roof a few times over the past few years trying to extend it's life for me. Always prompt, professional and fair. I highly recommend Crucial Roof services

    Tile Roof Repair, Vent Replacement, and Skylight Maintenance

    Greg was extremely professional and clear in my interactions with him. His assessment was honest and the work done was top notch, with detailed before/during/after photos provided with written detailed descriptions of what needed work, and then the finished work afterwards. The results were outstanding, and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this! I look forward to calling him again for my future roofing needs!
