    Roof Repair

    A small job, but very efficiently done-Greg managed to fit me in with what I know to be a very busy schedule, even though it actually required two people. I'll know who to call for a bigger job in the future!

    Job done well

    Our experience with Greg and Randy for much-needed repairs on our tile roof was remarkable. Right from the start, it was evident that Greg was dedicated to evaluating my roof's condition and providing effective solutions. His explanations were incredibly clear, supplemented by images that made it easy for me to grasp the necessary fixes. Greg set realistic expectations and openly acknowledged any potential limitations, a gesture that I truly appreciated. n the end, the repairs boiled down to replacing six tiles and applying three instances of sealant caulking on corners. He even sent us pictures of the repairs being done. The project was carried out within the stipulated time frame and budget.

    Roof Repair and Maintenance

    Greg's work was prompt, honest and reliable. Detailed explanation of roof issues and repairs needed along with photos for a thorough understanding. Accurate estimate and open communication. Satisfied customer! I highly recommend CRUCIAL Roof Services. Other roofing companies claimed a complete roof replacement was needed at approx $30,000 and did not provide any photo proof of disrepair.

It makes me mad to know there are people out there who lie and mislead homeowners about the condition of their roof. These sharks continue claiming new roofs are required and they justify these deceptive actions by saying that it is their opinion and they are entitled to have it, and there is nothing we can do about it. They continue those deceptive business practices with no fear of accountability. This shows the value of HOMESTARS and the integrity you get when you hire a company with many positive reviews.     Fantastic service, on time and at the contracted price!

    Greg and Randy did a fantastic job trimming trees that were roof problematic, making sure our gutters were spotless, installing a new energy efficient skylight and cleaning up after! They were a dream to work with, on budget, on time, responsive, and professional. Look no further! Thank you, Greg!!!

    Facial corners protected

    Great service and done quickly. We had Greg do a roof replacement a few years ago. We noticed this winter that our facial boards were needing protection on the corners. We tried for 5 months to have them attended too. We contacted Greg and within 2 weeks the problem was attend too. We highly recommend Crucial Roofing.

    Roof Repair

    Asked Greg to repair the roof after a new electrical mast was installed. It was a difficult job, because the asphalt tiles above the mast were anchored under a roof vent and could not be replaced if damaged. Greg and his buddy successfully repaired the roof without damaging the tiles that could not be replaced. The end result looked very professional and looks like it should be watertight. Despite this being a small job, Greg took an initial look at it quickly and completed the work in about a week. I was satisfied with the price given the number of visits, materials and labour that was involved.

    Incredible service and attention to detail

    We needed some regular roof maintenance done and some extra roof vents installed. Crucial was able to D the job - very quickly. But so much better than that, was the professionalism, communication and attention to detail. Love this company

    Roof fix

    Greg and his crew always showed up on time. Very easy to work with them, very professional and honest individuals. Would recomend them any time.
