    Salesman Eugene is great! Provided all the information necessary for us to pull the trigger. The crew arrived early in the morning, did precision work, removed all old windows and cleaned up after themselves really nicely. The windows look great. Recommend!

    Window replacement project.

    Covid-19 challenges all companies this year in their quest to provide prompt service and although we were one month late getting our windows, it was understandable. We were very happy with our choices of black windows and both retro and brick to brick installation at a price that no one else could match. Thankyou Optima for your attention to detail and for the expert installation of our windows. We would highly recommend this company !

    Window Replacement

    Substantial job to replace 18 windows was done quite professionally and efficiently. It was a long day with a large crew who did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We now have great views and far more efficient windows all done for a price substantially lower than other firms for seemingly the same product. The warranty is a plus and Gleb was a great resource throughout the process.

    Front door

    Very good service and quality workmanship.. max and his partner did a great job and will recommend this company to many people the materials they use are of high quality

    Replaced two windows

    I wanted to change two older windows in my house. I called a number of different companies, and Optima's prices were the most competitive. Yulia, the sales rep, was excellent: she was really friendly and not too pushy. She gave us different options for the type of windows, and she helped us to get what we wanted. I've been in contact with her a number of times in the past weeks as we've waited for the windows to be ready and to organize the installation, and Yulia always responds quickly and politely. The installation was yesterday. The guys were polite, on time, and clean. Even though it was rainy and miserable outside, they did not track any water or dirt inside. The windows are very nice and seem to be working fine. They are definitely easier to clean, and they are so much better at keeping cold air out than the older windows I replaced, so I'm happy. I will definitely recommend Optima. Thanks, Mark

    Looks Fantastic

    We have ordered window replacement in our quadruplets. Chris was a real professional and courteous. The whole company really cares about their clients and their properties and taking pride of their workmanship. Windows look fantastic! Thanks to Optima team. Our neighbors are placing their windows with them as well.

    Clean, Quick and Affordable

    The salesman (Gleb) was nothing short of amazing. The crew arrived on time and got done (plus cleaned up) 2 hours ahead of schedule. Totally amazed with the service and professionalism. Will recommend them to one and all.

    Great Job

    We had vinyl windows done by the builder, after 10 years they were showing lots of sweating in between the glass. Chris came and explain us why it happens and why Optima windows are better. Right now everything is installed and looks perfect. Great job!

    Windows for the home

    We renovated our home with all new windows..Optima windows staff did a great job reasonable price.They added new look to our home

    First Class Job

    I selected Optima Windows And Doors through HomeStars in July 2020. the person who was doing the estimate was very thorough explaining the work and details and it was very cautious. Considering the size of my house the price seems reasonable. The neighbor next-door has a similar house and he paid $10,000 more a couple of years ago. The crew arrived on time. Prepared my house for replacement and cleaned up really well after themselves. First class job!
