    Move - Downsize

    Good Afternoon. I just wanted to write to say that the moving guys were very good. They worked extremely hard moving us. We really downsized and they did a really good job of getting everything in without any issues. Jima was extremely patient and helpful. Office staff was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to my questions.

    My favorite moving company

    Smart movers Canada is the most trustworthy and reliable moving company I have dealt with in my many years of moving experience. Office staff did a great job quoting me and responding to all my inquiry in a prompt manner. Team of 3 movers arrived on time and were very professional. Movers protected everything, they treated my items and my home with great care, and have awesome customer service as well. From my own experience I found them very committed, skilled, organized and affordable. Overall, I'm very pleased with Smart Movers. I will highly recommend Smart Movers to anyone who is looking for reliable moving company. I will continue to use them for all of my moving needs in the future

    Moving houses

    PHENOMENAL service. They arrived early, packed the truck amazingly, took great care of everything and did what asked without batting an eye. They worked non stop and very hard. I was so happy with them that I'd highly recommend to everybody. The price was also great compared to other companies especially for the service we received. 100% satisfied.

    THE BEST MOVING Experience so far, indeed smartly moved!

    We have moved with Smart Movers Canada last week from Hamilton to Toronto. I just want to emphasize how very much satisfied we very with the services provided to us. First of all, the staff in the office was very nice and very helpful in explaining all the details we need to know. And the movers were indeed professional and very well trained. They knew what they were doing, and made sure they handled our belongings as carefully as possible. They were very nice people with great attitude. All of this made our moving experience smooth and left us out of stress. Overall, it was superb! We would and will definitely recommend Smart Movers Canada to friends and family! For sure hiring them again for our next move.

    HAPPY & SATISFIED WITH SMART MOVERS

    We were very happy with the move Smart Movers Canada provided. From start to finish it went as planned. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with office staff. On the day of the move, the guys arrived on time and they packed all our belongings with high professionalism and personal care. Alex coordinated our move and made the whole process simple and very smooth. They were very friendly and polite. Everything was moved with no damages at all and some of it was pretty fragile. We were very pleased. Our experience with Smart Movers was absolutely awesome and we completely satisfied with them. If your looking for a good moving company use these guys.

    Markham Smart Movers

    We were very pleased with how hard the 3 movers worked throughout the day. They arrived promptly, and only took a short break during the long 10 hour day it took to move us an hour away. The fact that they spoke very little English, made it somewhat difficult with the labelled boxes, but they tried their best. We had A LOT of things to move, and we were impressed by the efficient and quick way they packed their truck.

    A Smart move picking Smart Mississauga Movers

    On moving day two friendly and customer focused movers (Alex and Lewan) arrived at our old home ahead of the prearranged moving time. Star #1 for them. We stayed out of their way while they worked their magic gathering, packing and wrapping all of items that needed to be moved. Although the initial move out of our old home was seamless, quick and over in a few hours, the move into our new home 220 km away proved a tad more challenging for everyone involved. Many, many hours later, and with the help of some neighbors, we had moved into our new place, and an exhausted Alex and Lewan were on their way back home. A long day for everyone but throughout the entire move everyone was positive and helpful and professional. All of the moving companies out their could learn many things from how Smart Mississauga Movers moves people and their possessions. From the initial point of contact into the company and to the final goodbyes the service was top notch. A big thank you to Vicky, Alex and Lewan.

    Moving expirience

    My move was at end of the month. Movers from Smart Brampton movers came on time and from first minute start working with no wasting time. They wrap furniture with shrink and blankets. Moved my belonges very carefully and at same time fast. I happy of thier service and want recommend Smart Movers like very professional and dependable company.

    professional guys from Smart Movers

    I recently moved with smart movers and these guys did awesome job. All my stuff got moved without a hitch. From the first call they explained the process, details and pricing. The crew rep called me a day before to confirm date and time of my move. The crew arrived right on time and was very friendly. They carefully loaded our heavy furniture into their huge truck. Each piece of my furnitire was wrapped with blankets and plastic. They did everything we required and asked if they can do something more for us. It was a lot of work and they handeled it perfectly. I can't say enough good. I highly recommend this team of professionals from smart movers.

    Worst experience: Moving from/to 1-bedroom apt.

    We used this moving service , a truck and 2 movers from Richmond Hill to Vaughan. We had been moving once every 2 years for the past 12 years, used different moving services (2 movers), and this company is the worst. One mover was just waiting in the truck (to load), another mover was helping with the actual MOVE (lifting and moving). They relied on my husband to help with moving (we hired movers for a reason). In short, my husband hurt his back afterward. Definitely not satisfied with the service.

We initiated investigation in order to verify this review from Homestars, but they still posted it without any proof from the person. Among our jobs, we do not have any coincidences for the move between these two towns and no matches for this type of explanation / situation. We haven't even fulfilled any jobs from Richmond Hill to Vaughan for the past year. We don't really see the reason to post your feedback anonymously if you are so "disappointed" with the move as you describe. Since you didn't indicate any basic information regarding the move such as your name and the time when the issues you describe have occurred, we are forced to disregard this complaint and consider it as fake.
