Reply created 20 Sep 2017Thank you for your feedback, and we are very thankful for your business. This feedback helps us to improve our service. Sometimes, the labour time (disassembling / packing / loading / unloading, reassembling, unpacking, moving the furniture around the house) takes longer than expected, but our crew tried to work carefully with the furniture and boxes, maneuvering them in two residences. Also the driving time needs to be taken into account. As to the online review, one of the mover just typed their names (due to difficult spelling) in the text of the review, not having in mind at all to put a review himself. We apoligize, they shouldn't do it. We always strive to provide the best possible service to our clients, and we will work hard to improve it every day!
