    Definitely recommend

    I’m grateful to Smart movers for making my move so easy and smooth. All 3 men arrived right on time to my house and got to work. The clock didn’t start till they started working. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of these guys. They packed up all my stuff with blankets and everything arrived in great condition. They knew what they were doing. I’m very satisfied with the way smart movers handled my move. Their customer service is prompt and helpful. I am very pleased with them and will hire them again for sure. Definitely recommend!

    moving

    The guys from Smart movers were just amazing. They came on time and were very nice and friendly. They wrapped everything and were careful with our belongings. We had a huge and heavy china cabinet and getting it out of our basement could have been tricky. They carried it easily through the staircases and it's seemed that they moved very light and small piece of furniture. It turned out to be the best moving experience we ever had. The crew did an outstanding job, and we could NOT have been more pleased. Very professional, dependable and helpful crew. There was no hidden fees added to the final bill, which is a common practice for many moving companies. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. I would gladly hire this company again and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    Professional Movers in Mississauga

    Smart movers canada came highly recommended and I decided to use them for my move. It was really smooth and good move. The guys were prompt, punctual and awesome. As discussed the crew of 3 people arrived on time with the right size truck and everything. They were careful with our belongings and their leader gave them instructions and organized the whole relocation. It was a pleasure to see how easy they maneuvered large items through narrow stairways and corridors. They were virtuosos in their field, very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

    Smart and Professional

    I researched many moving companies and spoke with some of them, but every time it was something wrong. Some of them were very expensive, another didn't have availability, lots of them seemed as unprofessional at all. I spent more time and found smart movers. The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and personalized. She put a very good impression by explaining everything in details and took time to review the prices with me. That was very nice and professional. I decided to go with them. On the moving day, three movers arrived right on time with large truck and their equipment and supplies. The movers were very nice and experienced. They packed all my stuff carefully and then loaded onto the truck. I was especially impressed how easy they handled with bulky and heavy furniture. They were absolutely awesome and skilled. All process was very organized and efficient. I sincerely thank them for making my move so smooth. They truly deserve this recommendation.

    VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

    I am very happy about my recent move with smart movers. The most impressive thing about them was they were skilled in packing and loading stuff. We have office furniture, beds and wall unit and they really did a great job doing the dismantling and again reassembling the them. Guys protected everything very well and were very careful. They also rearranged the furniture for us in the new house. They were polite and very friendly. Overall it was very positive experience. Well done! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as a reputable and honest company.

    Movers Saved Me!!!

    I want to say a HUGE thanks to Smart Movers! I had movers not show up and screwed me up and I was left in a stressful situation. Smart Movers did an amazing job handling a short notice call and gave me a great price. They went beyond my expectation and moved me from 3 bedroom house to apartment in ONLY 3 hours! I was honestly shocked and so thankful. Thank you from the heart!!!!

    hard workers

    Smart movers made a perfect job. Guys were professional, quick and very polite with us. I was very pleased of their service. I want to say special thanks to Vlad. He was very accurate and payed a lot of attention to details. When I will plan my next move, I will definetaly call Smart movers.

    movers

    2-bedroom condo move in Toronto The move they did for us 2 years ago took about 5 hours. The move they did for us this time took 10 hours. It is the SAME apartment. Smart Movers Canada movers are 2 amateurs, not professionals. They are too slow. They smoke while we pay for that time. They stand around doing nothing. They don't have the equipment. One hand truck and some running shoes. I offered them my hand truck. They refused. They promised: 2 Fast and Professional Movers but they sent us two slow and amateur boys. One loaded the hand truck, the other took it away. Most of the time only ONE person was actually working. That's one big reason it took twice the normal time. They are not moving professionals: they slowed down to get paid more...they didn't tell the truth about how long it would take and then they didn't tell the truth about the next deadline...they refused to meet my elevator booked time, so that I would pay more for storage with them or move it somewhwere else and spend more time and money...they demanded $50 cash at the end as they held our belongings hostage (and they gave no receipt).... If you can't do the job, please don't promise that you can. This is not fair. This is not professional and honest. They prey on people on stressful moving days. There should be more consumer laws covering the moving business.

    Thank you for your review. It is understandable your frustration concerning the longer time which was required to move this time, however there were certain factors which led to this situation. First of all, this time the distance between the locations was much longer than in your previous move (25 kilometers versus 500 meters). The travel time between is charged based on the hour, with no mileage fee and no gas fee. Secondly, this time you had more stuff to move than before. Our crew had to spent a time to wrap all your furniture making sure that everything is protected during the transportation. Loading the truck in certain order, strapping everything securely and preparing for the safe transportation also took a time. Unloading the truck, place the stuff in a different rooms, disassembling and reassembling also took a good portion of the time of the whole move. Third of all, this time we faced with long hallways and corridors at the destination, which led to longer time to go back and forth through the hallways. All these factors reflect longer time that was required to move your stuff. Our crew assigned to your move is professional and well versed in the moving industry, they also had all necessary equipment and supplies. We are terribly sorry you felt our services did not meet your expectations however all measures were taken to provide you a professional moving experience.

    Moving Service

    WOW. This is amazing moving company. Smart movers did for my family great move. They wrapped all my furniture , packed my kitchen stuff in boxes, packed all my fragile items with packing paper and looked and worked so professional . During hole day they worked so hard and try to keep positive relationship . Thank you, You are the BEST on the market.

    Our delivery partners

    We used each season Smart Movers to delivery our products to the customers. We worked almost 3 years . All deliveres they do very professional, on time and with high quality customer service. We'll continue our partnership with smart movers. Thank you guys.
