    Mechanic Shop MOVE

    Was forced to move my Diesel shop across town, contacted Smart Movers and had them help load and unload equipment. They were fast and reliable, quoted and charged me accurately. Thank you Mega Motors Group INC

    Residential Move

    Their website looks very professional (they also use the name Lux Toronto Movers) but don't be fooled! And don't be fooled by positive reviews, check out the spelling and grammar, they had friends and family write these reviews! Check out http://www.osde.ca/ontario-toronto/business/1013046/Smart-Movers-Canada.html We recently used them to move our 2,600 sq ft. house with only 2 bedrooms of furniture, no living room furniture and about 150 boxes. It took them 17.5 hours!! We were paying by the hour. They brought no lunch so we had to order pizzas to feed them, and we paid them for the time to eat. They took numerous smoke breaks, which they charged for. They damaged many of our belongings. They broke the leg off an antique table, dropped a box full of antique china, and scratched and dented numerous pieces of our furniture. It took a couple of months for me to contact them about all of the damage because I waited until we had unpacked everything. They said "you send it too late and I can not help you in this case. Policy of the company to registrate any compliance is 24 hours after moving was done"! Don't be taken the way we were.

    I am sorry that your experience was not the best that it could have been, we strive to provide the best service in moving industry. However, we would like to explain our service in details. First of all, that was a huge move which definitely require 2 truck and at least 4 movers. Information that was provided by the client that it is small move was not accurate. Fully furnished house 2600 sq ft with 150 boxes it speaks for itself. We made proper packing, disassembling, two trips with stuff back and forth. Regarding the lunch, the movers planed to order pizza themselves, but it happened that client got ahead of them and ofered the pizza to them. So, they accepted the offer. It was such a hot summer day, that their lunch would not survive even until the pick up address. Moreover, according to the labour law we provide heavy job and have the right to take a breaks to recover. Regarding the damages, unfortunately this client informed us about the damages 3 month after the move was done, which is obviosly too late to open a claim in insurance and do any investigation. From our side, we sent professional and well versed eployees in the moving industry. They protected all the furniture and never dropped any boxes.

    My moving experience with Smart Movers

    Me and my family used Smart Barrie Movers second time and both times they did amazing service. They wrap all my furniture and moved with care. I happy that chose Smart Barrie Movers again. Thanks

    Office moving

    We moved our store for new location with Smart movers. Move was organiesed very professional and efficient. Movers worked carefully, wrapped all our furniture and fragile stuff. Thanks for perfect service

    Smart Guys

    I 100% satisfied by service that provided Smart Movers. Guys packed my furniture properly and professionally, moved my stuff with care and pretty fast. Move was very positive, accurate and in my budget. Thanks guys

    Super movers

    I call to smart movers help me with Carry on my head board from my custom made bed upstairs, because delivery guys refused did it , told to me this is very heavy and need two more persons to do it. Then movers come they did easally by two . Thanks

    Excellent moving

    Smart Movers did an excellent job moving our house. From my first call to the end of the move, Smarts Movers Canada does an exceptional job. Guys were at our location promptly at the time scheduled. They did everything professionally and in an order that made the process most efficient. We had a lot of stuff, they moved us without any damage in a timely manner. The furniture was not only disassembled and wraped, but also unpacked and set up to our satisfaction at the destination. We're highly satisfied with Smart movers, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. We would definitely use them again and recommend them!

    moving

    I have used Smart Movers three times and every time I have been very happy with them. The movers were friendly, polite and pleasant. They arrived on time and were efficient, wrapping all our stuff with plastic film and blankets. They treated our belongings with care like if they were their own. The crew leader Alex was very attentive to us accommodated all our needs. I feel very comfortable with smart movers because they are professional and they know what they're doing. Each time the move was done in an outstanding manner, we were treated honestly and respectfully - no hidden surprises. I have already recommend them to others and will continue to work with smart movers in the future

    Movers

    My husband ordered Smart Movers because our friends recommended use them. In the end of the day I happy that He did a right choice. Movers worked hard and professionally. This guys were super accurate and carefully. Thanks Smart Movers and our friends for help us did right choice.

    Professional service

    I want say a lot of Thanks to Smart Movers. They truly very professional moving company with so polite movers who worked pretty fast and carefully. Movers take care about all my furniture, wrap with plastic and blankets. Thew were just amazing
