    Furnace maintenance

    Thank you to all the staff and in particular, Simon. I called on the weekend about our high efficiency furnace not working for some unknown reason. The staff on the telephone were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable but we could not remedy on the telephone, needed a service call. It was arranged without any fuss for a convenient time for us. This morning, Simon, arrived exactly on time. He very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I certainly do commend him and Pro Ace that this service call was as successful and pleasant as can be.

    Duct cleaning

    Jason was awesome in completing our home duct cleaning. He was early for our appointment, did a great job start to finish and clean up afterwards. Highly recommend. Thank you Jason!

    Duct Cleaning etc

    Vent cleaning

    Jason came in and did wonders in just a few hours. Should have done it years ago. Great job and already talked to two of my friends to call. House smell wonderful. Elaine

    Crazy Furnace problems

    A cluster of problems. Condensate pump went bad, motherboard fried the next day, then the igniter failed the following (2nd replacement igniter in less than a year). We ended up spending over $1,200 over four days. Pro Ace was great; they were here in less than 6 hours each time, correctly identified the problem and fixed it. ProAce applied discounts where they could (we're Elite Card holders) saving as a hundred or so dollars. Trane, however, needs to rethink its quality control. Our V95 furnace is just 10 months out of warranty! They should have at least provided parts at cost. Will be writing the company.

    Boiler for a residential heating system

    My boiler-heating system was causing a lot of noise - loud banging in the pipes. Ali of Pro-Ace came to troubleshoot it. After systematically checking all parts of the system, he identified the causes of the problem. He then applied corrective actions. He was very efficient in doing the repair work - he replaced defective parts and fine-tuned other components. At the same time, he was cleaning the parts that he came in contact with. He finished the job in the least possible time and at what I think is a reasonable cost. Now, my boiler-heating system is back in good working condition and, for this, I'm very grateful to Ali of Pro-Ace. I really appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

    Misleading Ad

    The ad is misleading. I had a service last week. The service that they said they will do for cleaning and safety check just for cleaning dust inside the boiler. When I asked about the heat exchange clean up and the technician said you don't need to clean because of self cleaning. When I called and talked to the manager next day and he said there will be extra cost 350 of it. I won't paid almost 100 dollars just cleaning dust next time.

    heat pump and furnace service

    Good sercvice, friendly and knowledgeable technician, phoned a couple of timesbefore, including morning of service, to confirm and showed up when expected. Job done well. Have used Pro Ace before and will do again.

    Annual Servicing

    I have an AC unit and HVAC system that requires annual servicing as part of a warranty package. Pro Ace was timely, thorough and professional. I will use them again for our servicing and repair needs.
