    Carbon monoxide leak

    Fixed my boiler carbon monoxide leak. Arber came with 30mins, did a thorough check and replaced to broken rubber seal with caused the leak. I highly recommend them if you have heater/boiler problem. I will surely use them again.

    Gas Furnace Repair

    The weather has been freezing and snowing lately and that's when my gas furnace decides to die on me. My entire house became a freezer in just a few hours. Looking on Google, I found Ace Heating as one of the repair companies in my area. Even in snowy conditions, Alex was able to get to my place promptly, diagnose and fix the problem very quickly and now my furnace seems to work better than it has in a long time. As a side note, my mom had a different company diagnose my furnace a day earlier. They said my furnace was beyond repair and the entire thing needed to be replaced for thousands of dollars. Needless to say, my next service call will be to Pro Ace Heating And Air Conditioning Ltd.

    furnace repair

    I called to have my furnace repaired. I was able to book an appointment with in an hour. The service was great, the technician (Ali) was very knowledgeable and thorough! He explained everything to me and was very kind and helpful. I would definitely use Pro Ace Heating again.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH PRO ACE HEATING

    On December 2017, we spent over $1000 in parts and labour plus service call to repair our gas furnace. A year later the same problem persist, the furnace stop producing any heat. We have not had heat in weeks. I've requested Pro Ace Heating to conduct a re-inspection. I've requested that the service call fee be waived but after several emails back and forth, my request has fallen on deaf ears. Please note that this company ONLY has a 1 month service warranty, meaning anything after the month will be chargeable to you. The initial furnace repair was completed December 2017. We have not fully tested our furnace until this year, a year later. This is a ridiculous and laughable policy and as such have seize to do business with this NOT so PRO ACE company. The Ventura's

Unfortunately , We can not come there for free as we explained few times via email. Normally, boilers do not take one year to stop working. If there is a problem They act right away not after one year . We still appreciate your business and we will try to contact you again to see if we can resolve the problem over the phone so you do not have to pay .     Furnace and fireplace repair

    We had a furnace go out on Christmas and a technician was able to come on short notice on Boxing Day to get it working. The technician knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get it running. We appreciated his being able to come at short notice to assist and the quality of the advice given.

    Knowledgeable and Honest

    The techs were very knowledgeable, and they don't nickel and dime. The tech even gave me his cell # to ensure that everything was working properly afer he left. He was committed to ensuring I was satisfied. Truly a delightful experience.

    Great Service by Pro Ace Heating

    Always friendly and helpful staff and service. They did furnace service and duct cleaning and know their stuff and offered a good price. This has to be 30 words so there you go.

    Great Service

    They came within a couple hours of calling. They fixed the problem in 30 min! They had the part on hand. It was a Great service. Reasonable price. Thank you so much!

    Inspection

    They came and did an inspection. Then he also flushed the pipes. They had very good service. He explained to me why he did everything which was very good and nice to see that they did that

    Air conditioning installation

    Pro Ace installed our new Trane heat pump air conditioning system. The team was very efficient and professional. They really cared about their work and I was very happy with the completed job. Would definitely recommend Pro Ace!
