    New electric fireplace with mantle.

    The quality of construction of the mantle is great so it is just what we had hoped for.

    Very happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness of the work! The recommendations of which way to go were also great

    Whole house renovation

    I would recommend Toronto Comfort Zone. They did a great job installing our new Valor Fireplace.

    furnace part repair

    The whole team has always been wonderful to work with. Al installed our furnace and AC five years ago, and we have continued to call them for any hvac concerns. Alwaysprompt, professional and super friendly. I have and would continue to recommend!

    Gas fireplace with ledge stone wall, TV above and surrounding bookshelves

    Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone is great to work with. His fireplace installer was a pleasure to have in the house. We could have hired a carpenter/ contractor on our own to to do the ledge stone finish and the surrounding bookshelves but Sonny works directly with a carpenter (Tony) and. Contractor (Luigi Maestro). We chose to use both Tony and Luigi As the project required very detailed work and some experience in dealing with these types of projects. I do recommend having a designer involved in doing the drawings and measurements for you as there are many pitfalls with this type of project..

    Electric Fireplace and Mantel

    I researched many companies that dealt with electric fireplaces. I was interested in having something installed with a custom mantel. I found Sonny and Toronto Comfort Zone on Homestars. I met with Sonny at his store and immediately knew I was in the right hands. His knowledge, advice and overall help he provided me was great. I sent many, many emails and changed my ideas several times. He was always there with sound advice and wonderful ideas. He was very patient with me through the choosing of a mantel and I have to say the end product was great. I will be using Sonny again for an upstairs fireplace and custom designed mantel. I would recommend Sonny and his team to anyone looking for a fireplace.

    Conversion of Wood to Gas Fireplace

    We had been looking to convert our very large wood fireplace to gas for approx. 2 years. During this time we experienced suppliers that never returned our calls and a number of ridiculously high quotes. We finally went into the Toronto Comfort Zone showroom one day and met Sonny. What a relief. Sonny was extremely knowledgeable of the products available and answered all our questions. He emailed us back that night with his suggestion which turned out to be exactly what we wanted. The cost was very reasonable as was the time frame for delivery. The installers showed up on time. They were very courteous and considerate of protecting the surrounding area. The installation was complete in a matter of hours. We are immensely happy with the final product. I would more than happy to recommend Sonny and his team to anyone. They're the best outfit in the city. Just a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

    Suppy and install gas fireplace

    The Toronto Comfort Zone were great to work with. They helped us find the right fireplace for our specific needs. Their installation team were wonderful...polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. There was an issue with the fireplace a few days after the install and the team was back right away to make it right, a minor issue that was easily resolved. We enjoy our new fireplace almost every night!

    Fireplace insert with gas line installation.

    Hats off to Sonny and his crew for a job well done -- the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Very pleased we chose to work with Toronto Comfort Zone for our fireplace retrofit and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The install crew (led by Raza) were professional, courteous and worked with a high attention to detail. The results speak for themselves!
