    Fireplace purchase

    We wanted to replace the gas fireplace in our living room and walked into Sonny's shop to learn about our options. Sonny was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with our questions. He introduced us to a variety of options and after comparing the different floor models (there are many in Sonny's shop!), we settled on the Dimplex Opti-Myst. There are other shops that sell this model but we returned to Sonny's because of his excellent customer service. Case in point - on pick-up day, Sonny carried the fireplace to my car in the rain.

    Fireplace Installation

    Sonny and his team at Toronto Comfort Zone was a extreme pleasure to work with. Sonny is honest, reliable and a professional and takes the time to recommend only the best fireplace in the market. His knowledge, experience and service separates him from the competition. His installers are on time, clean, efficient and their attention to detail is outstanding. Will recommend Toronto Comfort Zone to family and friends without hesitation.

    Fireplace in basement

    As part of renovation, we decided to have a fireplace installed in our basement so we started the search for the right contractor. I came across a few companies including Toronto comfort zone , once I got there and talked to sonny, I found him honest , all fireplaces in their showroom has a price tag and you can see the price books , that made me feel comfortable to go ahead with them , everything went smoothly, installers were on time, they put dropsheet all over the installation area and clean after themselves, now that the job has been finished, I have a beautiful fireplace installed in my house. I got what I had in my mind. Thanks to sonny and his team

    Replace gas fireplace

    Sonny was very knowledgeable in terms of product and finishing options. He listened to our needs and made good recommendations installation was very good as well and on time .

    A linear gas fireplace

    Toronto Comfort Zone provided excellent service replacing an old gas fireplace with a new contemporary linear unit. They were extremely knowledgeable about fireplaces, very prompt and responsive and they provided a full service which I could not find elsewhere which included coordinating masonry work, electrical, unit installation, steel fabrication and arranging the stone provider. Luigi took great pride in his work, was on-time and meticulous and was instrumental in creating an original design for the stone and shelf which I am thrilled with. Other companies said I could not fit this unit in my old chimney but Toronto Comfort Zone found a way. I could not be more pleased.

    Basement gas fireplace insert

    Right from the first phone call, we were very happy with the service! We were putting our house on the market and we wanted to move quickly to have the fireplace in place. On the same day, Sonny came to take measurements, and just a few days later the fireplace was installed. It turned out to be a much more involved install that was originally planned. The installers were here almost all day, going on the roof despite the frigid temperature and snow. I was amazed at their stamina and determination to do it right! In the end, despite all the extra time it took to complete the installation, we were only charged the estimated cost. We are very happy to have a warm basement, many thanks for your hard work!

    Gas fireplace

    We purchased a gas fireplace insert from toronto comfort zone. Sonny was very helpful describing the options and pros/cons of each fireplace. He was transparent and upstanding in all of our interactions. When a problem with a subcontractor occurred, Sonny addressed the problem and worked quickly to solve it. I was impressed.

    Wall Fireplace

    Sonny at Comfort Zone is amazing and so are their products. I have a wonderful wall mounted fireplace that not only looks great, it provides heat as well. Don't look any further. Sonny will take care of everything. I love my fireplace. Great investment

    Gas fireplace

    I got my fireplace and the feature wall installed by this company. Everything went as per plan and everybody in our family enjoys sitting in front of the fire. The whole crew showed up on time and I definitely recommend this company specially to people who want to get the whole package at a fair price and decent quality

    Gas Fireplace Installation

    As a surprise for my wife, I arranged with Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone to have all the work done in a 36-hour period while my wife was away overnight. To say that is was flawless is an understatement. Sonny's men (Luigi - the master tiler and Renza - the installation guru and his team) were punctual, polite, impeccably tidy and organized and - most importantly - got the job done in the allotted time, even with a few logistical obstacles. Amazing! I couldn't recommend Sonny and his team any more highly. And yes, my wife LOVED the final result.
