I cannot recommend this company enough - they are wonderful. They are polite, professional, honest and on-time :) Our pipes under the sink were corroded and needed replacing. Upon fixing it, the plumber kindly informed us that the faucet was also corroded. As he did not have a faucet on hand, he went out of his way to buy one and return to install it the same day (only an hour or so after fixing the pipes). I would also like to state that plumber who fixed our pipes/sink is the owner of the company. Overall, my experience was incredibly positive and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

The Toronto Plumber.ca was professional from my first phone call to my tap on the truck for a final question. I couldn't have found a better company to address my problems. I had just bought a townhouse with newly installed bathtub and faucets, see photo. The faucets were leaking and the tub drained onto the bathroom floor. The Toronto Plumber.ca diagnosed the problem. The placement of the tub was such that the it couldn't be mounted on the drain without knocking over the faucets and a wall prevented the faucets from being moved back. A DIY'er had simply propped the tub against the leaking faucets. When we moved in, there was a water stain on ceiling below the tub and a light but steady flow of water from the pipes. Alex was fantastic. He offered a range of solutions and identified what he thought was the best one which involved opening the ceiling below. While I was reluctant, I trusted Alex at that point. Everything he had told me and everything he had done was consistent and logical. Here is the "above and beyond" part. What had started out as a simple repair call turned in to a full day of deconstruction and reconstruction. This was impossible to predict and schedule and yet Alex was able to make himself available to see the work through. He did the complete job to a very high quality standard.

Alex did an awesome job, he replaced all the pipes under our kitchen sink, and even fixed the blockage too for only 500 bucks. Really professional too, he made sure everything was working before he left and if it wasn't, then he stayed until it was. Super nice guy and really knowledgeable. He really helped my Dad and me out. We had a friend recommend us Alex, Alex came and provided us with pricing. After consulting with my wife we decided to go with Alex as his price was more then reasonable, plus he was recommended to us. Alex disconnected our old water filtration system that stopped working and we did not wish to fix. Alex then reconnected the water lines directly, he also disposed of the old system for us. About five years ago we had clogged sewer and Alex fixed it. His work was very professional. Recently we had a similar sewer problem and we called Alex again since we liked his job. The problem was fixed and Alex also gave us some useful recommendations how better to take care of our sewer. I highly recommend Alex. Valeriy

I took a chance on this company and I'm glad I did. Alex fixed my leaky toilet and showers on the spot as well as some adjustments. He completed the project on the same day. Alex was on time, courteous and he finished the job perfectly.

I was leaving on a 2-week vacation when I noticed that the upstairs toilet was leaking, into my coat closet on the main floor! I got back last night, called The Toronto Plumber and Alex was here within a couple of hours. He was very thorough, clean and capable, and he explained everything that he was doing as he went, so I knew what the issue was, how to prevent similar situations and what exactly he was doing to fix it. It was a great experience out of a very stressful one, and the toilet looks better than it has since I moved in 5 years ago! I will keep his card and use him again if and when I need a plumber. Highly recommend him!

Had several issues with 2 bathroom sinks, bath tub and kitchen sink. Called , as per referral from friend, and message left which was answered within an hour on a Sunday late afternoon. They called back within an hour to set up firm time for Monday after checking their schedule. Arrived early, did all the work. Explained things as they went along plus helpful hints to maintain work so it lasts longer. Very professional, pleasant and efficient. All work completed, full working condition ,cleaned up and given a one year warranty on all work done. Highly rated. Would recommend fully for any plumbing work and will do so if I need other things done.

We asked Alex to quote on three repair jobs: replacing an outdoor tap, unblocking a sink drain, and repairing another leaking sink. He gave reasonable quotes for all of the above, and explained options such as installing an easier shut-off valve for the external tap. He also helped me trace the source of sewage gas in my basement (an old toilet, not drain as we thought) for no additional charge. All of the work was done on the same day, quickly and neatly. We called him back a couple of days later when we thought the leak was recurring. It turned out that this time the problem was the tap, not the drain. Alex fixed the tap for no charge. Exceptional service.
