    Faucet repair

    It was a cold and rainy Saturday afternoon... My shower faucet stopped working. I looked online for emergency plumbing service and his company came up. I called Alex and he came by in his own car and his regular clothes because his workers were off for the weekend. He was prompt, polite and up front with cost and service. Friendly and reliable are words that don't often apply to all workers. He was all that. I would highly recommend his company again and will use him for all my plumbing needs.

    Fast and knowledgeable service - toilet gasket change

    Alex diagnosed the leak under the toilet as being either a gasket or flange issue. Once he moved the toilet he explained it only needed a gasket replacement, which was significantly cheaper than the flange replacement. He didn't try to unnecessarily upsell. Alex ended up helping with a few other plumbing related issues I asked about as well. Overall very happy with the quality of the service and advice.

    Unclog sink and replace incorrectly configured pipes

    We found The Toronto Plumber on Homestars and hired Alex to come unclog our kitchen sink. He came over within a few hours of the call and noticed that the current pipe setup was incorrectly installed. The incorrect installation would not allow for the pipes to even be snaked to get at the clog. He recommended a proper fix of replacing the sections that were incorrect, and was then also able to snake out our clogged pipes (clog was further down past the part he cut out). Very satisfied with Alex's services - he's very punctual, communication was excellent, and was able to quickly fix our clogged drain and gave us a properly configured pipe setup - all within 2 hours. Very transparent with his fees as well and only provided a quote until after he'd physically taken a look at the issue. Will definitely be calling Alex again for any future plumbing issues.

    Dishwasher Installation

    Alex was great. Installed D/W and replaced sink pipes. Very professional and explained every thing step by step! Will not hesitate to use again.

    Great service, came on time

    Alex fixed problem with bathroom sink lift rod, work professionally done and in good time. Also fixed toilet issue and sink .Very competent, polite and quite honest with his handling of said issue and was satisfied with the reasonable billing. Will definitely use Alex now for all our plumbing issues .

    Bathtub faucet leaks fixed

    Our bathtub faucet had a slow drip but did not act upon it months later. A few days ago after showering I was getting a leak dripping from the ceiling fan in our powder room below. I called Alex the following day, explained what happened and he was able to visit in the afternoon. Upon inspection, he knew what was needed to be replaced and explained the work clearly and broke down the costs. I gave him the okay and he began to work. At the end, the faucet internals, handle, spout and drain were replaced from water corrosion buildup. He tested and confirmed the leaks stopped after the drain was replaced. I also had some work done to one of our toilets as well. All in all, I am more than happy with the results and would recommend Alex!

    Great work

    Kitchen sink and faucet hook up

    Alex was very accommodating with his time and provided friendly and professional service at an affordable price, I highly recommend him and will continue using him for all my future plumbing needs

    Great find

    Slight toilet emergency with inability to turn off valve. Alex was able to come within a few hours and changed the valve, repaired the flushing mechanism and told me that I did not need a new toilet, saving me at least $200
